dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กับประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครูโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตชลบุรี 3 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้เป็นครู จำนวน 269 คน โดยทำการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นกำหนดขนาดของโรงเรียนเป็นเกณฑ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ตอน ตอนที่ 1 แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสหวิทยาเขตชลบุรี 3 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .61-.86 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .97 ตอนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครูโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตชลบุรี 3 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .35-.87 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสหวิทยาเขตชลบุรี 3 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 ค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครูโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตชลบุรี 3 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 ค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครูโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตชลบุรี 3 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 โดยรวมและรายด้านมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this study was to study the relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and teaching effectiveness of teachers in schools in Sahawitayaket Chonburi 3 under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18. The sample in this study was 269 teachers. Sampling technique used in this study was the stratified random sampling classified by sizes of the school. The data collection instrument used in this study was a questionnaire divided into 2 sections-questions in the first part contained questions concerning transformational leadership of school administrators. The item discriminating power was between .61-.86, and the reliability in this section was .97. The second part in this questionnaire aimed to investigate teaching efficiency of teachers teaching in school in Sahawitayaket Chonburi 3 under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18. The item discriminating score of questions in this section was between .35-.87. The reliability was .94. The statistical methods used in this study were Average ( ), Standard Deviation (SD) and Pearson's correlation. The research reached the following conclusions: 1. Transformational leadership of school administrators and teaching efficiency of teachers in Sahawitayaket Chonburi 3 under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 in general and all aspects were at a high level. 2. Teaching efficiency of teachers in schools in Sahawitayaket Chonburi 3 under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office18 was found statistically significant at a high level. 3. The relationship between the trans formational leadership of school administrators and teaching efficiency of teachers in schools inSahawitayaketChonburi3 under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18hadpositive relationship at moderate level, and the analysis showed statically significantly difference both in general and each aspect at .01 level.
