dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา อำเภอบ้านฉาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์บริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและประเภทสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูในสถานศึกษาอำเภอบ้านฉาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ระยอง เขต 1 จำนวน 194 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ของลิเคิร์ท (Likert, 1967) จำนวน 50 ข้อ มีค่าประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ (r) รายข้อระหว่าง .47 ถึง .90 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t- test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ (Post Hoc Multiple Comparisons) โดยใช้วิธีการของเชฟเฟ (Scheffe's method) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. องค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา อำเภอบ้านฉาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยองเขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับตามคะแนนเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการคิดเชิงระบบ ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ร่วม ด้านการเรียนรู้เป็นทีม ด้านความรอบรู้แห่งตน และด้านแบบแผนความคิด 2. องค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาอำเภอบ้านฉาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยองเขต 1 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์บริหารงานโดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ยกเว้นด้านการเรียนรู้เป็นทีมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05" 3. องค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา อำเภอบ้านฉาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยองเขต 1 จำแนกตามประเภทสถานศึกษา โดยรวมและด้านแบบแผนความคิด ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ร่วมและด้านการเรียนรู้เป็นทีม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยสถานศึกษาขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษามีการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้มากกว่าสถานศึกษาเอกชนและประถมศึกษา

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research. The purpose of this study was to study and compare The Learning Organization of School in Ban Chang District under The Office of Rayong Primary Educational Service Area 1. Classified by administrative experience of school administrators and school type. The samples were Teacher of School in Ban Chang District under The Office of Rayong Primary Educational Service Area 1, 194 people. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire with a scale rating of 5 Likert scale (Likert, 1967) of 50 items. There was a correlation (r) between .47 and .90. The reliability of the questionnaire was .98. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and post-hoc comparison. Multiple Comparisons using Scheffe's method. The research found that 1. The Learning Organization of School in Ban Chang District under The Office of Rayong Primary Educational Service Area 1. Overall and individual aspects are at a high level. Sort by average score from descending order to Systems Thinking, Shared Vision, Team Learning, Personal Mastery and Mental Model. 2. The Learning Organization of School in Ban Chang District under The Office of Rayong Primary Educational Service Area 1. Classified by administrative experience the overall difference was statistically insignificant. The exceptions to team learning, the difference was statistically significant at the .05 level. 3. The Learning Organization of School in Ban Chang District under The Office of Rayong Primary Educational Service Area 1. Classified by school type Overall and Mental Model, Shared Vision and Team Learning difference was statistically significant at the .05 level. The opportunity expansion school is more of a learning organization than a private and primary school.
