dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาระบบการนิเทศการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ การสอนภาคทฤษฎีทางออนไลน์สำหรับอาจารย์นิเทศก์ครูช่างระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม 2) ศึกษาผลการใช้ระบบ และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบ การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ 1) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการประเมินต้นแบบระบบ จำนวน 10 คน 2) อาจารย์นิเทศก์การสอน จำนวน 25 คน และ 3) นักศึกษาฝึกสอน จำนวน 40 คน ซึ่งคัดเลือกโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบสัมภาษณ์ 2) แบบประเมิน และ 3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ ส่วนสถิติพื้นฐานที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลจากการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระบบการนิเทศการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพการสอนภาคทฤษฎีทางออนไลน์ สำหรับอาจารย์นิเทศก์ครูช่างระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มี 8 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) การวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ 2) แนวทางในการปฏิบัติ 3) ช่องทางสนับสนุน 4) การวางแผนการนิเทศ 5) การเตรียมการนิเทศ 6) การปฏิบัติการนิเทศ 7) การประเมินผลการนิเทศ และ 8) การตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงระบบ 2. ผลการทดสอบการใช้ระบบของอาจารย์นิเทศก์จากการประเมินตนเองก่อนการเข้าใช้ระบบ ได้ผลอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับผลจากการประเมินตนเองหลังการใช้ระบบ พบว่า ได้ผลอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ความพึงพอใจในการใช้ระบบของอาจารย์นิเทศก์ พบว่ามีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุด และนักศึกษาฝึกสอน มีความพึงพอใจในการใช้ระบบอยู่ในระดับมาก

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this research were three-fold: 1) to develop an Online-Based Professional Experience Supervisory System (OBPSS) on Teaching Theories for Technical Supervisors in Undergraduate Technical Education; 2) to study the effects of OBPSS; 3) to study the satisfaction of the OBPSS users. This is an R & D research. The samples used for the study were ten specialists in supervisory system management, Twenty-five supervisors on teaching, and forty student teachers, selected by simple random sampling technique. The instruments used in the research consisted of 1) an interview guide; 2) an assessment forms; and 3) a satisfaction questionnaire. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. Major Findings: 1. The OBPSS comprises of eight components: 1) Context Analysis; 2) System Guideline; 3) Online Promotion; 4) Planning Supervision; 5) Preparing Supervision; 6) Conducting Supervision; 7) Assessing Supervision; and 8) System Validating and Revising. 2. The system implementation showed the supervisors’ use of the OBPSS before the implementation was at the moderate level, but after the implementation the supervisors’ use of the OBPSS was at a high level. 3. On the users’ satisfaction in using the OBPSS, it was found that the supervisors’ satisfaction was at the highest level, and the student’ satisfaction was at the high level.
