dc.description.abstract	การดำเนินการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการนำหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงไปใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูในโรงเรียนโพธิสัมพันธ์พิทยาคาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงานโดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนโพธิสัมพันธ์พิทยาคาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 ในปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 89 คน จากตารางการกำหนดขนาดของเครจซี่ และมอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970, p. 608) แล้วทำการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) ตามวุฒิการศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) ของลิเคิร์ท (Likert scale) จำนวน 38 ข้อ ได้ค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .75-.93 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น (Reliability) ทั้งฉบับได้ค่า .81 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการนำหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงไปใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูในโรงเรียนโพธิสัมพันธ์พิทยาคาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบการนำหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงไปใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูในโรงเรียนโพธิสัมพันธ์พิทยาคาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบการนำหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงไปใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูในโรงเรียนโพธิสัมพันธ์พิทยาคาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this study were to investigate and to compare the instructional management under the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in Phothisamphan Pittayakarn School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, as classified by educational qualifications and working experiences. Based on Krejcie & Morgan Table of Sample Size (1970, p. 609), the sample of the study, derived by means of stratified random sampling using educational qualifications as a criterion, consisted of 89 school teachers of Phothisamphan Pittayakarn School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, in the academic year of 2016. A 39-item, Likert rating-scale questionnaire with the discriminating power of items between .75-.93 and with the reliability at .81 was used for data collection. Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and One-way ANOVA were statistical devices employed for the data analysis. The finding revealed as follows: 1. The existing situation of the instructional management under the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in Phothisamphan Pittayakarn School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, as a whole, was rated at a high level. 2. On the comparison of the instructional management under the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in Phothisamphan Pittayakarn School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, as classified by educational qualifications, no statistically significant differences were found. 3. On the comparison of the instructional management under the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in Phothisamphan Pittayakarn School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, as classified by working experiences, no statistically significant differences were found.
