dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน และตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบการบริหารสมาคมฟุตบอลจังหวัดชลบุรีสู่ความเป็นเลิศ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง มี 3 กลุ่ม คือ ผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ด้านการบริหารในสมาคมฟุตบอลจังหวัดชลบุรี ผู้ฝึกสอน และบุคลากรทางด้านการกีฬา รวม 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถาม และการสัมภาษณ์ ผ่านการตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรง โดยมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.54 ถึง 0.88 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ 0.90-0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ คือ การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป ครอบคลุมองค์ประกอบทั้ง 10 องค์ประกอบ ประกอบด้วย ด้านระบบโครงสร้างองค์กรกีฬา ด้านระบบการบริหารจัดการ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านงบประมาณ ด้านสถานที่ อุปกรณ์ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทางการกีฬา ด้านการกีฬานักกีฬา ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา ด้านการพัฒนาระบบการแข่งขัน ด้านกฎหมาย ข้อบังคับ และระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการกีฬา ด้านความร่วมมือระหว่างองค์กรและการสนับสนุน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1. ผลการวิเคราะห์จากลุ่มตัวอย่าง 200 คน พบว่า มีองค์ประกอบ 10 องค์ประกอบ รวม 45 ตัวแปร มีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบอยู่ระหว่าง 0.54-0.85 และมีค่าสถิติที่สำคัญ คือ Chi-square = 197.075, p = 1.000, df = 440, GFI = 0.958, AGFI = 0.901, CFI = 1.000, SRMR = 0.032, RMEA = 0.000 และทุกตัวแปรมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 2. ผลการสังเคราะห์รูปแบบการพัฒนาการบริหารสมาคมฟุตบอลจังหวัดชลบุรีสู่ความเป็นเลิศจากการสนทนากลุ่มโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 6 คน ได้พิจารณาข้อมูลจากผู้วิจัยได้ทำการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบได้มีความเห็นและเป็นที่ยอมรับทั้งหมด ครอบคลุมองค์ประกอบครบทั้ง 10 องค์ประกอบ รวม 20 ตัวแปร (จากเดิมมี 45 ตัวแปร) 3. ผลจากการนำข้อมูลที่ได้นำมาตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ด้านการบริหารในสมาคมฟุตบอลจังหวัดชลบุรี ผู้ฝึกสอน และบุคลากรทางด้านการกีฬา จำนวน 200 คน พบว่า ให้การยอมรับในรูปแบบการพัฒนาการบริหารสมาคมฟุตบอลจังหวัดชลบุรีสู่ความเป็นเลิศ ว่ามีความเหมาะสมเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปใช้งาน

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aims to confirmatory factor analysis. And examine the suitability and feasibility of management style, Chonburi Football Association to excellence. There were three groups is the duty of the administration in Chonburi Football Association coaches and staff of 400 people, including sports equipment used in this research. A questionnaire and interviews Validated accuracy the discrimination between 0.54-0.88 the reliability of the questionnaire 0.90-0.98 the statistics used the confirmatory factor analysis, percentage, average and standard deviation with the program. The composition consists of 10 elements covering all aspects of sports organization system, the management, personnel, budget, facilities equipment and sports facilities, Recreational athletes, Sports Science, The development of competition, laws and regulations related to the sport, The cooperation and support. The study found that 1. Results from the analysis of 200 samples were found to contain 10 elements, including 45 with the variable factor between 0.54 to 0.85 and the important statistic is Chi-square = 197.075, p = 1.000, df = 440, GFI = 0.958, AGFI = 0.901, CFI = 1.000, SRMR = 0.032, RMEA = 0.000 and all variables are statistically significant level .01 2. The synthetic form of Management Development Chonburi Football Association to excellence. The group of six experts who have analyzed the data from the research component has an opinion and is acceptable to all. It covers the entire 10 to 20 elements including variable (of the original 45 variables). 3. The results of the data obtained to determine the suitability and feasibility. Questionnaires were used to perform the exercises in football offense coaches and staff in the sports of 200 people found acceptance in the development of football in Chonburi to excellence that is appropriate possible deployment.
