dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ เพื่อพัฒนาบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยฝึกอบรมตามแนวทฤษฎีคอนสตรัคติวิสต์ เรื่อง การปฐมนิเทศครูและบุคลากรใหม่ของโรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญศรีราชาให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 90/ 90 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นครูและบุคลากรใหม่ของโรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญศรีราชาที่เริ่มเข้าปฏิบัติงาน ในปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 23 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยฝึกอบรมตามแนวทฤษฎี คอนสตรัคติวิสต์ เรื่อง การปฐมนิเทศครูและบุคลากรใหม่ ของโรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญศรีราชา แบบฝึกหัดระหว่างฝึกอบรม แบบทดสอบหลังฝึกอบรม แบบประเมินคุณภาพบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยฝึกอบรมตามแนวทฤษฎีคอนสตรัคติวิสต์ เรื่อง การปฐมนิเทศครูและบุคลากรใหม่ของโรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญศรีราชา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฎว่า บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยฝึกอบรมตามแนวทฤษฎีคอนสตรัคติวิสต์ เรื่อง การปฐมนิเทศครูและบุคลากรใหม่ ของโรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญศรีราชา มีคุณภาพด้านเนื้อหาและการออกแบบบทเรียนค่าเฉลี่ย 4.65 อยู่ในระดับเหมาะสมมากที่สุด และมีประสิทธิภาพของบทเรียนอยู่ในระดับ 91.30/ 92.35 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 90/ 90 ที่กำหนดไว้

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this study were, to develop a computer based training program with constructivist theory on orientation for new teachers and personnel of Assumption College Sriracha to meet the efficiency according to the 90/ 90 standard. The sample consisted of 23 new teachers and personnel of Assumption College Sriracha who started working in academic year 2559. The employed research instrument composed of computer based training program with constructivist theory on orientation for new teachers and personnel of Assumption College Sriracha, training exercise, test after training and quality assessment of the developed computer based training program with constructivist theory on orientation for new teachers and personnel of Assumption College Sriracha. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean and standard deviation. Research finding were as follows: The computer based training program with constructivist theory on orientation for new teachers and personnel of Assumption College Sriracha possessed quality content and instructional design mean at 4.65, the most appropriate. The performance of lesson was at 91.30/ 92.35 percent that met the 90/ 90 standard.
