dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลในสถานศึกษาภาครัฐ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื่นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 2) เพื่อศึกษาความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของบุคลากรทางการศึกา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลในสถานศึกษาภาครัฐกับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของบุคลากรสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 ประชากรที่ศึกษาคือ บุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานศึกษาภาครัฐ สังกัดสำนักงานดขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 และสุ่มตัวอย่างมาจำนวน 310 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามและสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภาพรวมของการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลในสถานศึกษาภาครัฐ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีการบริหารงานในด้านความมีส่วนร่วมมากเป็นอันดับที่ 1 รองลงมาคือ ด้านความรับผิดชอบ ด้านนิติธรรม ด้านความคุ้มค่า ด้านคุณธรรม และด้านความโปร่งใส ตามลำดับ ส่วนความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของบุคลากรทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 ทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีความผูกพันในด้านการเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในสถานศึกษามากเป็นอันดับที่ 1 รองลงมาคือ ด้านความเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวกันกับสถานศึกษา และด้านความจงรักภักดีต่อสถานศึกษาตามลำดับ และผลการทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลในสถานศึกษาตามลำดับ และผลการทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลในสถานศึกษาภาครัฐกับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของบุคลากร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 พบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ขนาดความสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับสูงและทิศทางบวก (r = 0.81*)

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this study was three fold. First, it aimed at examining the administration based on the principles f good governance in educational public sectors under the Office of Chon Buri Primary Educational Service Area 1. Also, this study attempted to investigate the organizational commitment among educational personnel, working for the Office of Chon Buri Primary Educational Service Area 1. The third purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the administration based on the principles of good governance and the organizational commitment among personal, working for educational public sectors under the Office of Chon Buri Primary Educational Service Area 1. The population of this study included the educational personal, working for public sectors under the Office of Chon Buri Primary Educational Service Area 1. 310 subjects participated in this study. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire. The statistical tests used to analyze the data included frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, and the test of Pearson Product Moment Coefficient with a pre-set of a significant level at .05. The results of the study revealed that the subjects rated the administration based on the principles of good governance in educational public sectors at a high level. Specifically, the administrative aspect in relation to participation was rated the highest, followed by the aspects of accountability, rules of law, efficiency, ethical conduct, and transparency, respectively. Also, the subjects demonstrated their organizational commitment at a high level. In particular, the aspect of commitment related to participation was rated the highest, followed by the aspects of unity, and loyalty, respectively. Finally, based on the results from the test of relationship, it was shown that there was a high and positive relationship between the administration based on the principles of good governance and the organizational commitment among personal, working for educational public sectors under the Office of Chon Buri Primary Educational Service Area 1 at a significant level of .01 (r = 0.81).
