dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง “ความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองอิรุณ อำเภอบ้านบึง จังหวัดชลบุรี” ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับ และเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองอิรุณ อำเภอบ้านบึง จังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ การศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ ระยะเวลาที่อยู่อาศัย จำนวนครั้งที่เคยมาใช้บริการ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 389 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 4 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้สถิติ t-test เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างตัวแปรอิสระที่มี 2 กลุ่ม และใช้สถิติ One-way ANOVA เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างตัวแปรอิสระที่มี 3 กลุ่มขึ้นไป และใช้ LSD (Least significant difference test) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุ36-45 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา มีอาชีพธุรกิจส่วนตัว มีรายได้ 15,001-20,000 บาท มีระยะเวลาที่อยู่อาศัย 1-5 และจำนวนที่เคยมาใช้บริการ 1-5 ครั้ง ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองอิรุณ อำเภอบ้านบึง จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าด้านการบริหารราชการเพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์สุขของประชาชนมีการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลอยู่ในระดับดีมากที่สุด เป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมา ด้านการบริหารราชการเพื่อให้เกิดผลสัมฤทธต่อภารกิจของรัฐอยู่ในระดับดีมากที่สุด ด้านการบริหารราชการอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และเกิดความคุ้มค่าในเชิงภารกิจของรัฐอยู่ในระดับดีมากที่สุด ด้านการลดขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับดีมากที่สุด ด้านการปรับปรุงภารกิจของส่วนราชการอยู่ในระดับดีมากที่สุด ด้านการอำนวยความสะดวกและการตอบสนองความต้องการของประชาชนอยู่ในระดับดีมากที่สุด และด้านการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติราชการอยู่ในระดับดีมากที่สุด ตามลำดับ ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ประชาชนที่มีเพศ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ระยะเวลาที่อยู่อาศัยต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองอิรุณ อำเภอบ้านบึง จังหวัดชลบุรี ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนประชาชนที่มีอายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ จำนวนครั้งที่มาใช้บริการต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองอิรุณ อำเภอบ้านบึง จังหวัดชลบุรี แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this study was to investigate and compare the public opinions towards the good governance-based administration of Nong Irun Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Banbueng District, Chonburi Province classified by gender, age, education level, occupation, monthly income, residence duration, and number of service use. The sample of this study consisted of 389 individuals. The research instrument was the 4-rating scale questionnaire. The ststistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and LSD (Least significant difference test). The results of this study showed that the majority of respondents were females; those aged 36-45 years; those graduated with primary education level; business owners; those with monthly income of 15,001-20,000 baht; those with 1-5 years of residence, and those with 1-5 times of using the service. The analytic results showed that overall sample had the highest level of opinions towards the good governance-based administration of Nong Irun Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Banbueng District, Chonburi Province. When individual aspects were considered, the good governance based administration for the public benefit had the highest mean score, followed by the government administration for achieving the public mission (highest level), the government administration for effective and worthwhile public mission (highest level), the reduction in work processes (highest level), the improvement of the public mission (highest level), facilitation and the response to the public needs (highest level), and the evaluation of government performance (highest level), respectively. The hypothesis testing showed that the sample with different gender, average monthly income, and residence duration had indifferent opinions the good governance-based administration of Nong Irun Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Banbueng District, Chonburi Province. The sample with different age, educational level, occupation, number of using service had different opinions towards the good governance-based administration of Nong Irun Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Banbueng District, Chonburi Province with a statistical significance level of 0.05.
