dc.description.abstract	การศึกษา ผลการทบจากโครงการก่อสร้างและบูรณะทางหลวงแผ่นดินหมายเลข 344 (ชลบุรี-แกลง) ตอน ชลบุรี-บ้านบึง ที่มีต่อประชาชนในเขตอำเภอบ้านบึง จังหวัดชลบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบโครงการก่อสร้างและบูรณะทางหลวงแผ่นดินหมายเลข 344 (ชลบุรี-แกลง) ตอน ชลบุรี-บ้านบึง ที่มีต่อประชาชนในเขต อำเภอบ้านบึง จังหวัดชลบุรี และเพื่อหาแนวทางในการแก้ไขและป้องกันผลกระทบจากโครงการก่อสร้างและบูรณะทางหลวงแผ่นดินหมายเลข 344 (ชลบุรี-แกลง) ตอน ชลบุรี-บ้านบึง ที่มีต่อประชาชนในเขตอำเภอบ้านบึง จังหวัดชลบุรี กลุ่มตัววอย่างที่ใช้วิจัยได้แก่ ประชาชนที่มีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป และอาศัยอยู่ในบริเวณเขตการก่อสร้างและบูรณะทาวหลวงแผ่นดินหมายเลข 344 (ชลบุรี-แกลง) ตอน ชลบุรี-บ้านบึง จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย การแจกแจงค่าความถี่(Frequency ) และค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ด้านเศรษฐกิจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ได้รับผลกระทบทางบวกคิดเป็นร้อยละ 42.25 ด้านสุขภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ไม่ได้รับผลกระทบ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 50.75 ด้านสังคม กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ได้รับผลกระทบทางลบ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 41.75 ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ได้รับผลกระทบทางลบ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 71.50 ในส่วนแนวทางป้องกันหรือวิธีการลดผลกระทบ กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ เสนอให้ หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควบคุมป้องกันการเกิดอุบัติเหตุ รองลงมาเป็นการควบคุมการจราจรบนถนนเพื่อแก้ปัญหารถติด อำนวยความสะดวกในการเดินทางไปทำงานในโรงอุตสาหกรรมของคนในชุมชนบริเวณเขตการก่อสร้างและอำนวยความสะดวกในการข้ามถนนของนักเรียนและประชาชนในชุมชนเพื่อลดปัญหาการเกิดอุบัติเหตุ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this study were to examine the impacts of construction and renovation project of state highways number 344 (Chon Buri-Kleang) in the section of Chon-Buri-Ban Beung on the public living in Amphoe Ban Beung, Chon Buri Province and to propose solving guidelines and preventions of the impacts. The subjects participating in this study were 400 people, aged 18 onwards and residing around the area where the construction and renovation project of state highways number 344 were conducted. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire. The statistical tests used to analyze the collected data included frequency, and percentage. The results of the study revealed that, in terms of economy, the majority of the subjects were affected positively (42.25%.) Regarding health conditions, no effects on the public were reported (50.75%). In terms of social impact, the construction and renovation of state highways number 344 affected the subjects negatively (41.75%). Also, concerning the environment, the subjects reported that the construction and renovation of state highways number 344 affected the environment negatively (71.50%). With reference to the prevention and reduction of the impacts, the majority of the subjects suggested that the involved sectors should provide a measures to prevent the occurrence of accidents, followed by regulating traffic to reduce traffic congestion, and facilitating the workers’ commute to their workplaces, especially in the constructed area as well as assisting students and people in road crossing in order to reduce the problems caused by accidents.
