dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยเชิงความสัมพันธ์ครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการเข้าถึงบริการทันตกรรมของผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดชลบุรี ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเข้าถึงบริการทันตกรรม และสร้างสมการทำนายการเข้าถึงบริการทันตกรรมของผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดชลบุรี เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 357 คน ด้วยวิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และสถิติถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้สูงอายุส่วนมากเป็นผู้หญิง ร้อยละ 75.9 มีอายุเฉลี่ย 69.1 ปี การไปรับบริการทันตกรรมใน 1 ปีที่ผ่านมา ส่วนมากรับการรักษาอุดฟัน ร้อยละ 39.8 การเข้าถึงบริการทันตกรรมของผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดชลบุรีอยู่ระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 72.2 ของคะแนนเต็ม) เมื่อพิจารณาการเข้าถึงบริการทันตกรรมใน 5 มิติ พบว่า มีเพียงด้านการยอมรับคุณภาพบริการเท่านั้น ที่อยู่ในระดับมาก (ร้อยละ 81.4 ของคะแนนเต็ม) ส่วนการเข้าถึงบริการทันตกรรมในด้านความสามารถในการจ่ายค่าบริการ ด้านความเพียงพอของบริการ ด้านการเข้าถึงแหล่งบริการ ด้านความสะดวกของแหล่งบริการ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 72.4, 71.9, 71.8 และ 61.5 ของคะแนนเต็ม ตามลำดับ) โดยอาชีพเกษตรการมีหลานเป็นผู้ดูแลการเกษียณอายุ/ ไม่ได้ทำงาน และจำนวนสมาชิกในครอบครัวเป็นปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเข้าถึงบริการทันตกรรมของผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดชลบุรีอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และสามารถร่วมกันทำนายได้ ร้อยละ 6.7 ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรสนับสนุนค่าใช้จ่ายในการรับบริการสำหรับผู้สูงอายุและกระตุ้นให้ผู้ดูแลเห็นความสำคัญของสุขภาพช่องปากผู้สูงอายุ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The relationship study was aimed to study the access to dental services and identify factors associated with access to dental services among the elderly in Chonburi. Data were collected from 357 elderly people with multi-stage random sampling method. Questionnaire was used to gather the data and analyzed by descriptive statistics and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results revealed the most of the elderly (75.9%) was women with an average age at 69.1 years old. The mostly dental services were filling (39.8%) in the past year. Access to dental services among the elderly in Chonburi was at moderate level (72.2 %of the total score). In terms of five dimensions of access, only acceptability was evaluated at the high level (81.4% of the total score) and affordability, availability, accessibility and accommodation were evaluated at the moderate level (72.4%, 71.9%, 71.8 % and 61.5 % of the total score) Occupation (Farmers), caregiver (grandchildren), retirement / not working and number of family members jointly predicted 6.7 %. This study suggests that providers should support the cost of dental services and encourage caregivers on the importance of oral health of the elderly
