dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่ออาการผื่นผิวหนังอักเสบของพนักงานทำความสะอาดในโรงพยาบาลแห่งหนึ่งจังหวัดชลบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพนักงานทำความสะอาดจำนวน 107 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ทำการเก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่แบบสัมภาษณ์และการตรวจผิวหนัง ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ผลการศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด จำนวน 107 ราย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงร้อยละ 86.0 อายุเฉลี่ย (ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน) เท่ากับ 46.5 (11.38) ปี มีอาการทางผิวหนัง 1 อาการขึ้นไป ร้อยละ 29.9 อาการทางผิวหนังที่พบมากที่สุดคือ อาการคัน ร้อยละ 93.7 ประสบการณ์การทำงานเฉลี่ย (ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน) เท่ากับ 3.1 ปี (3.15) จำนวนชั่วโมงในการทำงานเฉลี่ย (ส่วนเบี่ยงมาตรฐาน) เท่ากับ 11 (2.27) ชั่วโมง จากการตรวจผิวหนังโดยแพทย์อาชีวเวชศาสตร์ จำนวน 2 ท่าน ซึ่งพนักงานทำความสะอาดเข้ารับการตรวจผิวหนัง จำนวน 5 คน ร้อยละ 15.6 ผลการตรวจผิวหนังพบว่า พนักงานทำความสะอาดมีอาการคัน ร้อยละ 75 และมีตุ่มน้ำ ร้อยละ 25 จากการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่ออาการผื่นผิวหนังอักเสบ พบว่า ช่วงฤดูร้อนทำเป็นปัจจัยเสี่ยงต่ออาการผิวหนังอักเสบ ค่า OR (95% CI) เท่ากับ 170.15 (11.05, 2619.24) มากกว่าฤดูอื่น ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรป้องกันปัจจัยเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดอาการผื่นผิวหนังอักเสบโดยเฉพาะในช่วงฤดูร้อน

dc.description.abstractalternative	This cross-sectional descriptive research was aimed to study the prevalence of contact dermatitis among 107 cleaning workers in a hospital of Chonburi province. The research instruments comprised questionnaires and skin examinations. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The study results revealed that from the total of 107 subjects, most subjects, 92 (86.0%) workers were female with the mean age of workers was 46.5 (SD = 11.38) years old. The history of allergic contact dermatitis obtained from the questionnaires showed that itching were found among 93.7% of the workers. The mean duration of working experience was .3.15 (SD = 3.15) years, and the mean hours of work per day was 11 (SD = 2.27). Skin examinations by occupational physicians, the result showed that workers, 5 (15.6%) persons were examined as contact dermatitis, 75 percent had itching symptom, and 25 percent had blisters. Factors affecting contact dermatitis was working in summer season, OR (95% CI) of 170.15 (11.05, 2619.24) higher than other seasons. Recommendations: cleaning workers should be prevented the risk of contact dermatitis, especially in the summer season.
