dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติของพนักงานขับรถพยาบาล ในโรงพยาบาล สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุขของจังหวัดระยอง และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบทัศนคติของพนักงานขับรถพยาบาล ในโรงพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุขของจังหวัดระยอง ก่อน-หลังการประยุกต์ใช้โปรแกรม Behavior Based Safety เป็นการวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลอง 1 กลุ่ม (Quasi experiment one group) กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพนักงานขับรถพยาบาล จำนวน 65 คน ในโรงพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุขของจังหวัดระยอง โดยประยุกต์ใช้โปรแกรม Behavior Based Safety เพื่อสร้างทัศนคติความปลอดภัย โดยระยะเวลาในการดำเนินการโปรแกรม Behavior Based Safety ทั้งหมด 8 สัปดาห์ เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และแบบสังเกตพฤติกรรม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมดเป็นเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 38.70 ปี (SD =7.89) ระดับการศึกษาร้อยละ 33.80 อยู่ในระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย พนักงานขับรถพยาบาลที่ไม่เคยประสบอุบัติเหตุจากการขับรถพยาบาล ร้อยละ 84.60 ขับรถพยาบาลปฏิบัติงาน 2 เวร ต่อ 1 วัน ร้อยละ 53.80 และพนักงานขับรถพยาบาลทั้งหมดขับทั้งรถ EMS และรถ Refer ผลการประเมินทัศนคติความปลอดภัยพบว่า ก่อนประยุกต์ใช้โปรแกรม Behavior Based Safety พนักงานขับรถพยาบาลมีทัศนคติความปลอดภัยสูง และหลังประยุกต์ใช้โปรแกรม Behavior Based Safety พนักงานขับรถพยาบาลมีทัศนคติความปลอดภัยสูงขึ้น ในส่วนการประเมินพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัย พบว่า พนักงานขับรถพยาบาลมีพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงลดลง และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบผลการประเมินทัศนคติ ก่อน-หลังประยุกต์ใช้โปรแกรม Behavior Based Safety พบว่ามีความแต่ต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.001 จากผลการศึกษาดังกล่าว โปรแกรม Behavior Based Safety สามารถสร้างทัศนคติความปลอดภัยในพนักงานขับรถพยาบาลที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้ โดยทำให้พนักงานขับรถพยาบาล มีทัศนคติหลังประยุกต์ใช้โปรแกรม Behavior Based Safety พนักงานขับรถพยาบาลมีทัศนคติความปลอดภัยดีขึ้น

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of the study was to determine the safety attitude of ambulance driver s in the area of Rayong provincial hospitals under the Ministry of public health. The comparison of safety attitude determined among ambulance drivers before and after application of the Behavior Based Safety (BBS) program. This study was one-group design quasi -experimental research to study among 65 ambulance drivers in the area of Rayong provincial hospitals under the Ministry of public health. The experimental group received the BBS intervention program for 8 weeks which were collect data by using questionnaires and observation. Study results showed that among 65 ambulance drivers with the average age of 38.70 years (SD =7.89), one hundred percent of them were men. 33.80 percent attended high school. Eighty four percentof the informants never had accident while they were on duty as an ambulance driver. Regarding working aspect of the ambulance drivers in Rayong province, it was found that most of the ambulance drivers had 2 working shifts per day or 53.80%. All ambulance drivers (both EMS ambulance and Referambulance had high level of the safety attitude. Results of applying the BBS program for enhancing attitude about safety on working showed that there were differences between average attitude of pre- and post- tests (sig < .001). The result of this researchthe BBS program can create a positive attitude in the ambulance drivers. By providing ambulance drivers with a postmodern attitude to the BehaviorBasedSafety program, an ambulance driver has a safer attitude.
