dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นําและระดับประสิทธิผลของงานในตําแหน่งนายกรัฐมนตรีของพลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา และเพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นําที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิผลของงานในตําแหน่งนายกรัฐมนตรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ประชาชนที่มีสิทธิเลือกตั้ง จํานวน 625 คน ด้วยความเชื่อมั่นร้อยละ 96 เก็บจากทั้ง 4 ภาคของประเทศไทย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ คือ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-Test) ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (ANOVA) ไคสแควร์ (x 2 ) การวิเคราะห์การถดถอย (Regression) และค่าสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน (Pearson r) ผลการวิจัยพบว่าประชาชนรู้สึกว่าพลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา มีแบบพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นําโน้มไปในทางผู้นําแบบสั่งการ ระดับภาวะผู้นําของพลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ระดับประสิทธิผลของงานในตําแหน่งนายกรัฐมนตรี อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และระดับภาวะผู้นําของพลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชามีผลต่อประสิทธิผลของงานในตําแหน่งนายกรัฐมนตรี ตามเจตคติของประชาชนอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ข้อเสนอแนะในการวิจัยคือ ควรแก้ปัญหาการบุกรุกทําลายป่าไม้ ( Χ = 2.74) ควรสร้างความเชื่อมั่น โดยชี้แจงสถานการณ์ของไทยให้นานาประเทศเข้าใจมากขึ้น ( Χ = 2.82) ควรคํานึงถึง สิทธิเสรีภาพของประชาชนมากขึ้น ( Χ = 2.83) และควรส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับนานาประเทศดีขึ้น ( Χ = 2.83) ผู้นําควรมีความนุ่มนวลอัธยาศัยดีมากขึ้น ( Χ = 3.01) และควรเปิดเผยตรงไปตรงมามากขึ้น ( Χ = 3.21)

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research were 1) to study the leadership level and work effectiveness level in Prime Minister position of Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha, and 2) to identify the leadership affecting effectiveness of Prime Minister position according to the attitude of the people, The samples used in this research included 625 eligible voters in Thailand, with the confidence of 96 percent from each of the four regions of thailand, The instrument used for the data collection was questionnaire. Data were analyzed through use of frequencies distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-Test, one way ANOVA, Chi-square (x 2 ), Pearson’s correlation (Pearson r), and Regression analysis(Regression). The findings indicated that the people felt that Gen Prayuth Chan-o-cha possessed a leadership behavior with a trend in directive leadership. Leadership level of Gen Prayuth Chan-ocha was rated at the medium level. Besides, the work effectiveness level in Prime Minister position of Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha was rated at the medium level And, the leadership level of Gen Prayuth Chan-o-cha would have an impact on effectiveness of workings in Prime Minister position according to the attitude of people at .05 level of significance. The recommendation of research is that should solve the problem of forest destruction ( Χ = 2.74), should build confidence by clarifying the situation of Thailand in the international understanding ( Χ = 2.82), should taking into account the freedom of the people ( Χ = 2.83), should promote good relationships with international better ( Χ = 2.83). And Leader should have softness ( Χ = 3.01), more courteous and should have straightforward ( Χ = 3.21).-
