dc.description.abstract	การตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำในวัยรุ่นเป็นปัญหาทางสาธารณสุขและสังคมที่สำคัญการวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอัตราการตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำอย่างรวดเร็วและปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำอย่างรวดเร็วในหญิงตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่นที่มาฝากครรภ์โรงพยาบาลนพรัตนราชธานี โรงพยาบาลกลาง และโรงพยาบาลตากสิน โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นหญิงตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่นที่มีอายุน้อยกว่า 20 ปีและกำลังตั้งครรภ์ครั้งที่ 2 เป็นต้นไป จำนวน 75 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและแบบสอบถามการรับรู้ความรุนแรง จากการตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำในวัยรุ่นซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของเครื่องมือเท่ากับ 0.80 วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรโดยทดสอบ Chi-square test และ Fisher’s Exact test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า อัตราการตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำอย่างรวดเร็วคิดเป็นร้อยละ62.7 ส่วนใหญ่ เป็นการตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำในครรภ์ที่ 2 คิดเป็นร้อยละ72โดยมีระยะห่างของการตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำ เฉลี่ย 21.87 เดือน (SD = 13.7) ส่วนปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำอย่างรวดเร็วในหญิงตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ ปัญหาจากการใช้การคุมกำเนิดสถานภาพสมรส และความต้องการมีบุตร (Cramer’s V = 0.04, 0.05 และ 0.02 ตามลำดับ) จากผลการวิจัยพยาบาลควรตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของปัจจัยเหล่านี้และนำ ปัจจัยดังกล่าวไปพัฒนาโปรแกรมเพื่อใช้ในการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ซ้ำในวัยรุ่นให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น

dc.description.abstractalternative	Repeat teenage pregnancy is an important problem in health and society. The objectives of this research are to study the rapid repeat teenage pregnancy rate and factors related to repeat pregnancy among teenagers who received antenatal care at Nopparatrajathanee hospital, Klanghospital, and Taksinhospital. The sample included 75 pregnant teenagers aged less than 20 and in their second term of pregnancy. They were purposively selected. Research instruments consisted of a personal data questionnaire and a perceived intensity of repeated pregnancy in teenager questionnaire. Its reliability value was .80. Analyses of variables’ relationshipswere performed using Chi-Square and Fisher’s Exact tests. Results obtained from this study found that the rapid repeat teenage pregnancy rate was 62.70 percent, mostlywith a second pregnancy repetition of 72 percent with an average interval period of 21.87 months (SD = 13.70). Factors that significantly related to rapid repeat teenage pregnancies with a significance level of .05 were the utilization of contraception problems, marital status, and fulfilling need to have children (Cramer’s V =0.04, 0.05, and 0.02, respectively). In accordance with the study findings, professional nurses should realize how the importance of these aforementioned factors and develop a more efficient prevention program for repeat pregnancy in teenagers by taking into account these factors.
