dc.description.abstract	การพยาบาลโรคผิวหนังเป็นการพยาบาลเฉพาะทาง ซึ่งพยาบาลควรมีสมรรถนะตามบทบาทหน้าที่และพัฒนาสมรรถนะตามบทบาทหน้าที่นี้ให้ชัดเจน เพื่อนำไปสู่คุณภาพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบของสมรรถนะพยาบาลโรคผิวหนังตามมุมมองของผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการดูแลโรคผิวหนัง ประกอบด้วย แพทย์ผิวหนังผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาลและพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีประสบการณ์ปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวข้องกับพยาบาลโรคผิวหนังอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในสถาบันโรคผิวหนังเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ดังกล่าว จำนวน 43 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะตามบทบาทหน้าที่ของพยาบาลโรคผิวหนังที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นโดยใช้สมรรถนะพยาบาลโรคผิวหนังของกลุ่มพยาบาล โรคผิวหนังในสหราชอาณาจักรและจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรม ประกอบด้วยสมรรถนะพยาบาล โรคผิวหนัง 6 สมรรถนะหลัก และ 18 สมรรถนะย่อย ซึ่งมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .96 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการดูแลโรคผิวหนังมีความเห็นว่า องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะในทุกด้านมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับสูง เรียงตามลำดับ ได้แก่ การวินิจฉัย และการประเมินผู้ป่วยโรคผิวหนัง (M = 4.36, SD = .69) การปฏิบัติการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคผิวหนัง (M = 4.29, SD = .77) การให้ความรู้ผู้ป่วยโรคผิวหนัง (M = 4.44, SD = .58) การดูแลโรคแทรกซ้อนในผู้ป่วยโรคผิวหนัง (M = 4.24, SD = .75) ความรู้ในการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคผิวหนัง (M = 4.19, SD = .67) และการดูแลด้านจิตสังคมในผู้ป่วยโรคผิวหนัง (M = 4.14, SD = .71) ผลการวิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะต่อผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาลในการนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้เป็น แนวทางในการนำไปประเมินสมรรถนะของพยาบาลโรคผิวหนัง และการพัฒนาสมรรถนะความรู้ตามสายงานี้ให้เป็นรูปธรรมมากขึ้น

dc.description.abstractalternative	Dermatology nursing is a specialized nursing care. These nurses should have their own functional competencies and improve these competencies distinctly in order to achieve quality of care for the patients. The objectives of this descriptive research was to identify the components of dermatology nurses competencies based on the opinions of dermatology specialists from the Institute of Dermatology including dermatologists, nursing administrators, and registered nurses who have experience in dermatology nursing for at least 5 years. Data were collected from 43 specialists by using the components of functional competencies for Dermatology Nurses Questionnaire which was developed based on the competency of dermatology nurses in United Kingdom and literature review. There were six core competencies and 18 sub-competencies of dermatology nurses with Cronbach's alpha of .963. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the dermatology specialists viewed that all of 6 core competencies and 18 sub-competencies were appropriate at high levels. Mean scores for each of core functional competencies were at high levels as follows: dermatological assessment and investigation (M = 4.36, SD = .69), therapeutic interventions (M = 4.29, SD = .77), patient education (M = 4.44, SD = .58), caring for patient with a dermatological condition (M = 4.24, SD = .75), underpinning knowledge (M = 4.19, SD = .67), and psychological impact of living with skin disease (M = 4.14, SD = .71). The results of this study suggest that nursing administrators could apply these findings as a guideline for assessing the competency of dermatology nurses and enhancing their knowledge in this field to be more concrete.
