dc.description.abstract	สมรรถนะการดูแลผู้ป่วยผ่าตัดของพยาบาลวิชาชีพเป็นสิ่งสำคัญและเกี่ยวข้องกับหลายปัจจัยการที่พยาบาลวิชาชีพมีสมรรถนะการดูแลผู้ป่วยผ่าตัดที่ดีย่อมส่งผลต่อคุณภาพการพยาบาลที่ให้กัยผู้มารับบริการการวิจัยเชิงบรรยายหาความสัมพันธ์ครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะการดูแลผู้ป่วยผ่าตัดของพยาบาลวิชาชีพและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประสบการณ์การทำงาน การพัฒนาตนเองการศึกษาต่อเนื่องกับสมรรถนะการดูแลผู้ป่วยผ่าตัดของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลศูนย์จังหวัดระยองกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในการดูแลผู้ป่วยผ่าตัด จำนวน 101 คน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาตนเองของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ และสมรรถนะการดูแลผู้ป่วยผ่าตัดของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโดยผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .92 และ .91 ตามลำดับ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติการแจกแจงความถี่ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า พยาบาลวิชาชีพรับรู้ว่า มีสมรรถนะการดูแลผู้ป่วยผ่าตัด โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง และรับรู้การปฏิบัติการพัฒนาตนเองโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูงสมรรถนะการดูแลผู้ป่วย ผ่าตัดของพยาบาลวิชาชีพมีความสัมพันธ์ในระดับต่ำกับประสบการณ์การทำงาน (r= .26, p= .008) และมีความสัมพันธ์ในระดับปานกลางกับการพัฒนาเอง (r= .61, p= .000) แต่ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการศึกษาต่อเนื่อง ผลการวิจัยนี้เสนอแนะว่า ผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาลควรจัดกิจกรรม เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อยกระดับสมรรถนะการดูแลผู้ป่วยผ่าตัดของพยาบาลวิชาชีพให้ดียิ่งขึ้น

dc.description.abstractalternative	Competencies of perioperative patient care is important for nurses and it involves many factors. Nurses who have high competencies in perioperative patient care will enhance high quality of care provided to patients. This descriptive correlational research aimed to examine competencies of perioperative patient care among professional nurses and to examine its relationship with working experience, self-development, and continuing nursing among professional nurses in the regional hospital, Rayong province. Research participants were 101 nurses who provided care for surgical patients and they were selected by using simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by using questionnaires regarding self-development and competencies of perioperative patient care. Content validity of the questionnaires were checked by the experts and Cronbach’s alpha coefficients were .92 and .91 respectively. Descriptive statistics and Pearson’s product moment correction coefficients were used to analyzed the data. The results showed that competencies of perioperative patient care among professional nurses were at a high level and self-development was also at a high level. Competencies of perioperative patient care had a weak positive correlation with working experience (r= .26, p= .008) and had a moderate relationship with self-development (r= .61, p= .000), but had no significant relationship with continuing nursing education. These findings suggest that nursing administrators should continuously organize activities to promote nurses' self-development to improve competencies of perioperative patient care among professional nurses.
