dc.description.abstract	ผู้สูงอายุโรคเบาหวานมักประสบปัญหาเกี่ยวกับภาวะแทรกซ้อนทั้งด้านร่างกายและจิตใจ หากได้รับการสนับสนุนให้มีพลังสุขภาพจิตที่ดีจะส่งผลให้ผู้สูงอายุสามารถปรับตัวต่อภาวะเจ็บป่วย และสถานการณ์ที่ยากลําบากในชีวิตได้ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพลังสุขภาพจิตจึงมีความสําคัญการวิจัย ครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทํานาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทํานายพลังสุขภาพจิต ของผู้สูงอายุโรคเบาหวานกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้สูงอายุทั้งเพศชายและหญิงที่มีอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไป ที่ได้รับ การวินิจฉัยจากแพทย์ว่าเป็นโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 และเข้ารับการรักษาที่ตึกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาล บ้านนา จังหวัดนครนายก ได้มาโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย จํานวน 108 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสัมภาษณ์การรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพ แบบสัมภาษณ์การเผชิญปัญหา แบบสัมภาษณ์ความสามารถเชิงปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจําวันต่อเนื่อง แบบสัมภาษณ์การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และแบบสัมภาษณ์พลังสุขภาพจิต มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .74, .79, .85, .87 และ .83 ตามลําดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณาและสถิติการถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยพลังสุขภาพจิตอยู่ในระดับสูง (M = 147.16, SD = 12.32) การสนับสนุนทางสังคม การรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพ และความสามารถเชิงปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจําวันต่อเนื่องสามารถร่วมทํานายพลังสุขภาพจิตของผู้สูงอายุโรคเบาหวานได้ร้อยละ 43.6 อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (R 2 = .436) การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีข้อเสนอแนะว่า พยาบาลและบุคลากรทีมสุขภาพ ควรพัฒนารูปแบบ การพยาบาลในการส่งเสริมการสนับสนุนทางสังคม การรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพ และความสามารถเชิง ปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจําวันต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้ผู้สูงอายุโรคเบาหวานมีพลังสุขภาพจิตที่ดี

dc.description.abstractalternative	Older adults with diabetes often face with physiological and psychological complications. If they are supported to have good resilience, their ability to adapt themselves to the illness and stressful situation will increase. Obviously, resilience related factors are critical for older adults with diabetes. The purpose of this predictive correlational study was to determine the predictive factors of resilience among older adults with diabetes. The participants were 108 male and female older adults aged 60 and older who had been diagnosed type 2 diabetes and received care at OPD, Banna Hospital, Nakhon Nayok province. They were selected by using simple random sampling technique. Demographic Questionnaire, Perceived Health Status Scale, Coping Scale, Instrumental Activity of Daily Living (Chula ADL Index) Questionnaire, Social Support Questionnaire, and the Resilience Scale were used to collect data. Cronbarch’s alpha coefficients of these instruments were .74, .79, .85, .87 and .83 respectively. Descriptive statistics and stepwise multiple regression were used to analyze the data. The results indicated that the mean resilience score of the participants was at a high level (M = 147.16, SD = 12.32). Social support, perceived health status, and IADLs all together could predict 43.6% of the variance in resilience (R 2 = .436, p< .01). These findings suggest that nurses and healthcare providers should develop nursing intervention to enhance social support, perception of health status, and functional activity in order to improve resilience in older adults with diabetes.
