dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงปัญหาและอุสรรคในการนำส่งงบการเงินผ่านทางระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (DBD e-Filing) ของนิติบุคคลที่มีหน้าที่ต้องนำส่งงบการเงินในเขตจังหวัดชลบุรี โดยการเก็บข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 13 รายที่เป็นผู้เคยใช้งานจริง และพบเจอปัญหาในการนำส่งในรอบระยะเวลาบัญชีปีพ.ศ. 2557 และ พ.ศ. 2558 ที่ผ่านมาในการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและการสรุปผลใช้การบรรยายเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัญหาที่พบมากที่สุด คือ ปัญหาที่เกิดจากขั้นตอนในการนำเข้าข้อมูลงบการเงินหรือในระหว่างที่กรอกข้อมูลงบการเงินลงในระบบ (DBD e-Filing) ส่วนใหญ่พบปัญหาเกิดการล้มเหลวของระบบระหว่างที่จัดทำและเกิดปัญหาการอัพโหลดข้อมูลไม่ได้หลังจากที่ทำการกรอกข้อมูลเสร็จสิ้นแล้ว ผู้ใช้งานพบปัญหาในการเข้าใช้งานพร้อมกันหลาย ๆ บริษัทในช่วงเวลากำหนดให้ส่งงบการเงินทำให้เกิดปัญหาด้านระบบอินเตอร์เน็ตช้ามากทำให้เสียเวลานาน ตามมาด้วยปัญหาด้านการให้บริการของเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ไม่เพียงพอต่อความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานและการติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ยากอีทั้งผู้ใช้งานได้รับการอบรมก่อนการใช้ระบบน้อย จึงทำให้เกิดความสับสนในการกรอกข้อมูลและการใช้งานระบบ และพบปัญหาตามมาหลังการยื่นผ่านระบบ (DBD e-Filing) เสร็จสิ้นแต่ข้อมูลที่ได้กลับไม่ครบถ้วนภายหลังทำ ให้ต้องเสียเวลากลับไปขอแก้ไขงบการเงินอีกครั้ง

dc.description.abstractalternative	This study has the objective to study the problems and obstacles of DBD e-filing among juristic persons in Chonburi. Data were collected by interviewing 13 samples who used to use DBD e-filing and found problems in accounting years 2557 and 2558 B.E. Data analysis is performed using data description. This research finds that the most often found problems are in the data importing steps or data filling steps in the DBD e-filing system. The problem usually is the system failure during the preparation stage or data uploading stage after data are entered already. There also is problem when many companies are trying to send financial statements to the system around the deadline, causing the Internet to slow down and resulting in long wait time. Other problems are the insufficient number of officials and they are hard to reach. The system users also get little training prior to using the system, causing confusion in data input and system usage. Lastly, sometimes, after submitting the financial statements, the system reports that data are not complete so the users need to go back to fix the financial statement again.
