dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการจัดทำบัญชีระบบเกณฑ์คงค้าง สถานพยาบาลในกองทัพบก ประชากรในการศึกษา นายทหารการเงินและเสมียนการเงินของสถานพยาบาลในกองทัพบกทั้ง 37 แห่ง ทั่วประเทศการวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงคุณภาพ ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้พบว่า เจ้าหน้าที่ในการจัดทำบัญชีระบบเกณฑ์คงค้างสถานพยาบาลในกองทัพบกส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชายอายุ 31-40 ปี จบการศึกษาต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรีสาขาอื่น ๆ ทำงานตำแหน่งเสมียนการเงิน ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 6-10 ปี ปัญหาในการจัดทำบัญชีระบบเกณฑ์คงค้างในสถานพยาบาลกองทัพบกมากที่สุดคือ ปัญหาด้านบุคลากรรองลงมาคือ ปัญหาด้านนโยบาย บัญชีปัญหาด้านสารสนเทศ ปัญหาด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ ปัญหาด้านงบประมาณ ตามลำดับ และรวบรวมข้อมูลข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการจัดทำบัญชีของผู้จัดทำระบบบัญชี เกณฑ์คงค้างสถานพยาบาลในกองทัพบกกับผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องต่อไป

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research tries to find the guideline for the development of accrual accounting system for hospitals in the army. The populations for this study are military finance personnel and clerks in 37 hospitals in the army throughout the country. This research uses interviews and is a qualitative research. This study finds that most of the personnel doing accounting job according to the accrual accounting system in hospitals in the army are male, 31-40 years of age, have a level of education which is lower than undergraduate degree, are in a finance clerk position and have 6-10 years of work experience. Most severe problems are in the area of personnel, accounting policy, information system, equipment and supplies and budgeting, respectively. Data were collected and suggestions were made in order to provide the guideline for future development of accrual accounting system for hospitals in the army.
