dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเข้าเป็นสมาชิกกองทุนวันละ 1 บาท ตำบลน้ำ เชี่ยว อำเภอแหลมงอบ จังหวัดตราด 2. เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเข้าเป็นสมาชิกกองทุนวันละ 1 บาท ตำบลน้ำ เชี่ยว อำเภอแหลมงอบ จังหวัดตราด 3. เพื่อศึกษาส่วนประสมทางการตลาดธุรกิจบริการที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเข้าเป็นสมาชิก กองทุนวันละ 1 บาท ตำบลน้ำเชี่ยว อำเภอแหลมงอบ จังหวัดตราด 4. เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเข้าเป็นสมาชิกกองทุนวันละ 1 บาท ตำบลน้ำเชี่ยว อำเภอแหลมงอบ จังหวัดตราด ผลการศึกษาข้อมูลทั่วไปของสมาชิกกองทุน พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงมากกว่า เพศชาย มีอายุ 65 ปีขึ้นไป มีจำนวนมากที่สุด และอายุต่ำ 15 ปี-24 ปี มีจำนวนน้อยที่สุด สถานภาพโสด มีจำนวนมากที่สุด และหย่า(ร้าง)/ ม่าย มีจำนวนน้อยที่สุด การศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ลงมา มีจำนวนมากที่สุด และระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป มีจำนวนน้อยที่สุด อาชีพรับจ้างทั่วไป มีจำนวนมากที่สุด และอาชีพค้าขายมีจำนวนน้อยที่สุด ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ปัจจัยทางอิทธิพลส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเข้าเป็นสมาชิกกองทุนวันละ 1 บาท ตำบลน้ำเชี่ย อำเภอแหลมงอบ จังหวัดตราด ทั้ง 2 อิทธิพลคืออิทธิพลทางครอบครัว และอิทธิพลทางสังคม 2. ส่วนประสมทางการตลาดธุรกิจให้ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเข้าเป็นสมาชิกกองทุนวันละ 1 บาท ตำบลน้ำเชี่ยว อำเภอแหลมงอบ จังหวัดตราด ทั้ง 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านส่งเสริม การตลาด ด้านบุคคลหรือพนักงาน ด้านการสร้างและนำเสนอลักษณะทางกายภาพ และด้านกระบวนการ ข้อเสนอแนะควรมีการพัฒนาขั้นตอนในการให้บริการมีความรวดเร็วรวมไปถึงจะต้องไม่ซับซ้อน ควรมีประชาสัมพันธ์ในผลการดำเนินงานของกองทุนให้สมาชิกได้รับทราบ และควรมีการเตรียมพร้อมรองรับในการปรับอัตราค่าชดเชยให้เข้ากับสังคมในอนาคตและต้องมีการพัฒนาสวัสดิการการเพื่อรองรับสังคมผู้สูงอายุให้สอดคล้องกับสวัสดิการที่มีอยู่

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aims at 1) studying personal factors influencing decision making to becoming members of One Baht a day saving fund, at Nam Chiew Sub-district, Leam Ngob District, Trat Province, 2) to study influences contributing to decision making to becoming members of One Baht a day saving fund, at Nam Chiew Sub-district, Leam Ngob District, Trat Province, 3) to study marketing mix factors of service business influencing decision making to becoming members of One Baht a day saving fund, at Nam Chiew Sub-district, Leam Ngob District, Trat Province, 4) to study the development of factors influencing decision making to becoming members of One Baht a day saving fund, at Nam Chiew Sub-district, Leam Ngob District, Trat Province. The findings on general information of fund members reveal that the majority of respondents were females, were 65 years old or more, were single, obtained Prathom Six or primary school level, and were self-employed. On the other hand, the least number of the subjects were males, were between 15-24 years old, were divorce/ widow, obtained bachelor degree, and were merchants. It was found that 1) Influence factors including family influence and social influence had contributed to decision making to becoming members of One Baht a day saving fund, at Nam Chiew Sub-district, Leam Ngob District, Trat Province; 2) marketing mix factors had influenced on decision making to becoming members of One Baht a day saving fund, at Nam Chiew Sub-district, Leam Ngob District, Trat Province in four factors: promotion, person or staff, physical environment, and process. It is recommended that there should be processes to provide service with speed and not too complex. There should be public relations for the results of the operation to acknowledge all members. In addition, there should be a preparation for the adjustment of compensation rate in order to attend future social activities as well as the development of welfare for elderly to match the current welfare.
