dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อมีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1. เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้เรื่องกองทุนพัฒนาไฟฟ้า จังหวัดชลบุรี 1 ของประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตพื้นที่ตำบลหนองขาม อำเภอศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี 2. เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการบริหารจัดการของกองทุนพัฒนาไฟฟ้า จังหวัดชลบุรี 1 กรณีศึกษา: ตำบลหนองขาม อำเภอศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรีการเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในตำบลหนองขาม อำเภอศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 450 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ยของกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอิสระต่อกัน 2 กลุ่ม โดยใช้ Independent sample t-test และ One-way analysis of variance F-test ในกรณีที่พบความแตกต่างใช้เปรียบเทียบรายคู่ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 โดยใช้วิธี Least of Significant Difference (LSD) และการหาความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน เพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐานผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ประชาชนที่มาใช้บริการส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 29-39 ปีการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย/ ปวช. มีสถานภาพเป็นประชาชนทั่วไป อาชีพรับจ้าง ส่วนใหญ่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่เป็นระยะเวลา 5-10 ปี และมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนตั้งแต่ 10,001-30,000 บาท 2. ประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในตำบลหนองขาม อำเภอศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี มีการรับรู้เรื่องกองทุนพัฒนาไฟฟ้า จังหวัดชลบุรี 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3. กระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการบริหารจัดการของกองทุนพัฒนาไฟฟ้า จังหวัดชลบุรี 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 4. เพศ และอายุของประชาชนที่แตกต่างกัน ไม่ส่งผลต่อกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการบริหารจัดการกองทุนพัฒนาไฟฟ้า จังหวัดชลบุรี 1 5. ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพ อาชีพ ระยะเวลาที่อาศัยอยู่ และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนของประชาชนที่ แตกต่างกัน ส่งผลต่อกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการบริหารจัดการกองทุนพัฒนาไฟฟ้า จังหวัด ชลบุรี 1 6. การรับรู้เรื่องกองทุนพัฒนาไฟฟ้าจังหวัดชลบุรี 1 มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการบริหารจัดการของกองทุนพัฒนาไฟฟ้า จังหวัดชลบุรี 1 กรณีศึกษา: ตำบลหนองขาม อำเภอศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี อยู่ในระดับสูง

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research attempts 1) to study perceptions on Power development fund, Chon Buri Province Center 1 of residents residing in Nong Kham Sub-district, Si Racha District, Chon Buri Province, 2) to investigate participation processes of people in management of Power development fund, Chon Buri Province Center 1, a case study of Nong Kham Sub-district, Si Racha District, Chon Buri Province. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 450 residents residing in Nong Kham Sub-district, Si Racha District, Chon Buri Province. The statistics utilized in this study included frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, Independent Sample t-test and One-way Analysis of Variance F-test to compare two groups of independent variables. For pair analysis, Least of Significant Difference (LSD) was applied at significant level of 0.05. Pearson correlation analysis was used to test hypothesis. The findings reveal that: 1. The majority of residents were females, were between 29-39 years old, graduated high school / vocational certificate, were general residents, were self-employed, have resided in the area for five to ten years, and earned the average monthly income of 10,001-30,000 baht. 2. Residents residing in Nong Kham Sub-district, Si Racha District, Chon Buri Province perceived on Power development fund, Chon Buri Province Center 1 were at moderate level in over all. 3. Participation process of these residents in management of Power development fund, Chon Buri Province Center 1 were at moderate level in over all. 4. Different gender and age of residents did not have an influence on public participation in the management of Power development fund, Chon Buri Province Center 1. 5. Different education, marital status, length of stay, and average monthly income of residents have impacted on the participation in the management of Power development fund, Chon Buri Province Center 1. 6. Perception on Power development fund, Chon Buri Province Center 1 related to participation process of residents in management of Power development fund, Chon Buri Province Center 1, a case study of Nong Kham Sub-district, Si Racha District, Chon Buri Province at high level.
