dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาเรื่อง คุณลักษณะผู้นำของครูปกครองโรงเรียนชุมพลทหารเรือ ตามการรับรู้ของนักเรียนจ่าโรงเรียนชุมพลทหารเรือ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะผู้นำของครูปกครองโรงเรียนชุมพลทหารเรือ ตามการรับรู้ของนักเรียนจ่าโรงเรียนชุมพลทหารเรือและเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะผู้นำของครูปกครองโรงเรียนชุมพลทหารเรือ ตามการรับรู้ของนักเรียนจ่าโรงเรียนชุมพลทหารเรือ จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลโดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 285 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และการทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ (Post hoc) ด้วยวิธี Sheffe ผลการศึกษา พบว่า การศึกษาคุณลักษณะผู้นำของครูปกครองโรงเรียนชุมพลทหารเรือ ตามการรับรู้ของนักเรียนจ่าโรงเรียนชุมพลทหารเรือในภาพรวมอย่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยด้าน ความยุติธรรม มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดเป็นอันดับ 1 รองลงมาคือ ด้านความจงรักภักดี ด้านความเด็ดขาด ด้านความอดทน ด้านความกระตือรือร้น ด้านความริเริ่ม ด้านความมีกาลเทศะ ด้านลักษณะท่าทาง ด้านความไม่เห็นแก่ตัว ด้านความกล้าหาญ ด้านความไว้วางใจ ด้านความซื่อสัตย์ ด้านวิจารณญาณ และด้านความรู้ ตามลำดับ ส่วนผลการเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะผู้นำของครูปกครองโรงเรียนชุมพลทหารเรือ ตามการรับรู้ของนักเรียนจ่าโรงเรียนชุมพลทหารเรือจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า นักเรียนจ่าที่มีชั้นปีความสัมพันธ์กับการเป็นทหารพื้นฐานความเป็นทหารและระดับการศึกษาก่อนเข้าศึกษาที่โรงเรียนชุมพลทหารเรือต่างกัน มีความเห็นต่อคุณลักษณะผู้นำของครูปกครอง โรงเรียนชุมพลทหารเรือไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนนักเรียนจ่าที่มีพรรค-เหล่าและตำแหน่งผู้นำ นักเรียน ต่างกัน มีความเห็นต่อคุณลักษณะผู้นำของครูปกครองโรงเรียนชุมพลทหารเรือแตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this study were to examine leader attributes of administrative teachers at Naval Rating School based on the perception of naval rating students and to compare the attributes based on their perception as classified by personal factors. The subjects participating in this study were 285 naval rating students. The statistical tests used to analyze the collected data included frequency, percentage, means, and standard deviation, t-test, and One-way ANOVA. The post hoc test of Scheffe was also administered to test the differences between pairs. The results of this study revealed that the subjects demonstrated a moderate level of perception towards the leader attributes of administrative teachers governing the Naval Rating SchoolSpecifically, the leader attribute in relation to justice was rated with the highest mean score, followed by the ones relating to loyalty, decisiveness, endurance , eagerness, initiative, tact, bearing, unselfishness , courage, dependability, integrity, judgment, and knowledge, respectively. In addition, based on the results from the comparisons, it was shown that there were no statistical significant differences in the level of perception towards the leader attributes among the subjects who had different years of study, relationship with being soldiers, basis for being soldiers, and educational level prior to entering a naval cadet academy. Finally, statistical significant differences were found in the level of perception towards the leader attributes among the subjects who had different clique/crowd and student leading position at a significant level of .05.
