| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของข้าราชการนายทหารชั้นประทวนของกองพันต่อสู้อากาศยานที่ 12 กรมต่อสู้อากาศยานที่ 1 หน่วยบัญชาการต่อสู้อากาศยานและรักษาฝั่งกองทัพเรือ จังหวัดชลบุรี และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของข้าราชการ นายทหารชั้นประทวนของกองพันต่อสู้อากาศยานที่ 12 จำแนกตามปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับสถานะภาพ ส่วนบุคคล 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ข้าราชการชั้นประทวนของกองพันต่อสู้อากาศยานที่ 12 ทั้งหมดจำนวน 290 นาย สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ จำนวน ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ One-way ANOVA ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของข้าราชการนายทหารชั้นประทวนของกองพันต่อสู้อากาศยานที่ 12 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับกลาง ๆ เมื่อพิจารณาคุณภาพชีวิตของข้าราชการนายทหารชั้นประทวนของกองพันต่อสู้อากาศยานยานที่ 12 ในแต่ละด้านจะเห็นว่า มีคุณภาพชีวิต ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีในส่วนของด้านที่ยังไม่สมบูรณ์ได้แก่ ด้านสุขภาพกาย ด้านสุขภาพจิตใจและด้านสัมพันธภาพทางสังคม โดยทั้ง 3 ด้านที่เหลือดังกล่าว ข้าราชการการนายทหารชั้นประทวนของกองพันต่อสู้อากาศยานที่ 12 ส่วนใหญ่มีคุณภาพชีวิตทั้ง 3 ด้าน แต่ละด้านอยู่ในระดับคุณภาพชีวิตกลาง ๆ เหมือนกันทั้ง 3 ด้าน สำหรับการเปรียบเทียบระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของข้าราชการนายทหารชั้นประทวนของกองพันต่อสู้อากาศยานที่ 12 พบว่า อายุ ระดับชั้นยศระดับการศึกษาสถานภาพครอบครัวอายุรับราชการและรายได้รวมของครอบครัว ที่ต่างกัน มีคุณภาพชีวิตไม่แตกต่างกัน | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this study was to examine a level of quality of life among noncommissioned government officers working for Air Defense Battalion 12, Air Defense Regiment 1, Air and Coastal Defense Command Navy in Chon Buri Province. Also, this study aimed at comparing the level of quality of life among these officers as classified by personal factors. The subjects participating in this study were 200 noncommissioned government officers. The statistical tests used to analyze the collected data included percentage, means, standard deviation, and One-way ANOVA. The results of this study revealed that the level of quality of life among noncommissioned government officers working for Air Defense Battalion 12 was at a moderate level. Specifically, the aspect of quality of life in relation to environment was rated at a good level. Also, the other three aspects of quality of life, including physical, mental health, and social integration were rated at a moderate level. Finally, based on the results from the comparisons, it was shown that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of quality of life among noncommissioned government officers who had different age, work rank, educational level, family status, work length, and amount of monthly family income. | |
