dc.description.abstract	ารวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของสมาชิกต่อปัจจัยความสำเร็จของกองทุนหมู่บ้านอ้อมแก้ว หมู่ที่ 9 ตำบลมาบโป่ง อำเภอพานทอง จังหวัดชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของสมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้านต่อปัจจัย ความสำเร็จของกองทุนหมู่บ้านอ้อมแก้ว หมู่ที่ 9 ตำบลมาบโป่ง อำเภอพานทอง จังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตามตัวแปรด้านเพศ อายุ สถานภาพการสมรส ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ สมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้านอ้อมแก้ว หมู่ที่ 9 ตำบลมาบโป่ง อำเภอพานทอง จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 165 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามสถิติที่ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive statistics) คือร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติเชิงอนุมาน คือการทดสอบค่า (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับปัจจัยความสำเร็จของกองทุนหมู่บ้านอ้อมแก้ว หมู่ที่ 9 ตำบลมาบโป่ง อำเภอพานทอง จังหวัดชลบุรีโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับ มาก เมื่อพิจารณาตามรายด้าน พบว่า อันดับที่ 1 คือ ด้านภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารกองทุนหมู่บ้าน รองลงมาคือ ด้านความสามารถ ในการบริหารจัดการกองทุนหมู่บ้านและอันดับสุดท้าย คือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้าน ตามลำดับ ผลการเปรียบความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยความสำเร็จ พบว่า สมาชิกที่มีเพศ อายุสถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษาอาชีพ และรายได้ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยความสำเร็จของกองทุนหมู่บ้านอ้อมแก้ว หมู่ที่ 9 ตำบลมาบโป่ง อำเภอพานทอง จังหวัดชลบุรีไม่แตกต่างกัน จากผลการศึกษากองทุนหมู่บ้านอ้อมแก้ว ควรมีการพัฒนาการสร้างผู้นำรุ่นใหม่เป็นกลุ่มเป็นทีมมาเป็นผู้บริหารเพื่อคนเหล่านี้จะได้มาช่วยงาน และรับผดิชอบงาน เมื่อรุ่นปัจจุบันหมดไป กองทุนควรส่งเสริมให้สมาชิกเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการคิด การวางแผนการดำเนินงานในกองทุนมากขึ้น

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this study was twofold. First, it aimed at examining a level of opinions among members towards the success factors of Baan Aomkaew village fund, located in Mab Pong Sub-district, Chon Buri Province. Also, this study attempted to compare the level of opinions of these members towards the success factors of Baan Aomkaew village fund as classified by gender, age, marital status, educational level, occupation, and average amount of monthly income. The subjects participating in this study were 165 members of Baan Aomkaew village fund. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire. The descriptive statistical tests used to analyze the collected data included percentage, means, and standard deviation. Also, the inferential statistical tests, including the tests of t-test and one-way ANOVA, were administered. The results of this study revealed that the level of opinions among members towards the success factors of Baan Aomkaew village fund, located in Mab Pong Sub-district, Chon BuriProvince was at a high level. When considering each aspect of success factors, the one in relation to the administrator’s leadership was rated the highest, followed by the aspects of the ability in administration, and member participation in administrating the village fund, respectively. In addition, based on the results from the comparisons, it was found that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of opinions towards the success factors of Baan Aomkaew village fund among the subjects who had different gender, age, marital status, educational level, occupation, and average amount of monthly income. Furthermore, based on these results, it is suggested that a new batch of administrators who are able to work and demonstrate a high responsibility should be developed in order to work effectively when the current administrators have finished their term. Finally, the members of this village fund should be encouraged to actively participate in planning and administering the village fund at a higher level.
