dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการตำรวจ สังกัดตำรวจภูธรภาค 2 และเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการตำรวจสังกัด ตำรวจภูธรภาค 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ข้าราชการตำรวจสังกัด ตำรวจภูธรภาค 2 จำนวน 275 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือแบบสอบถามและสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation) และทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยสถิติการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงเส้นแบบพหุคูณ (Multiple linear regression analysis) ด้วยวิธี Enter ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการตำรวจสังกัดตำรวจภูธร ภาค 2 ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.42 และจากผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานสามารถร่วมกันทำนายประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการตำรวจในสังกัดตำรวจภูธรภาค 2 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (F = 9.55, df= 21, Sig.= .00) โดยตัวแปรต้นสามารถร่วมอธิบายความผันแปรของประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการตำรวจสังกัดตำรวจภูธรภาค 2 ได้ร้อยละ 44.60 และพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีอำนาจการทำนายประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการตำรวจสังกัด ตำรวจภูธรภาค 2 คือ รายได้เฉลี่ยยต่อเดือน (X13) การปกครองบังคับบัญชา (X22) สภาพแวดล้อมในการปฏิบัติงาน (X23) ความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ร่วมงาน (X26) และค่าตอบแทน (X27) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยสามารถแสดงความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการ ตำรวจสังกัด ตำรวจภูธรภาค 2 เมื่อกำหนดประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการตำรวจ สังกัดตำรวจภูธรภาค 2 ด้วยตัวแปร Y สามารถเขียนสมการทำนายได้ดังนี้ Y = 1.888+ 5.48E-006 (X13)-0.155 (X22) +0.191 (X23) + 0.933 (X26) + 0.078 (X27)

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this study were to examine police officers’ work efficiency and to examine factors predicting police officers’ work efficiency in provincial police region 2. The subjects participating in this study were 275 officers. The data were collected using a questionnaire. The statistical tests used to analyze the collected data included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis by Enter method. The results of the study revealed the level of police officers’ work efficiency in provincial police region 2 was found to be at a very good level,  = 3.42. The result of hypothesis testing showed that personal factors and factors of work were able to predict police officers’ work efficiency in Provincial Police Region 2 with the level of significance set at .05 (F = 9.55, df = 21,Sig.= .00). Independent variables revealed the variance of police officers’ work efficiency in Provincial Police Region 2 by 44.60 % and factors predicting police officers’ work efficiency were monthly of income (X13), supervision (X22), work environment (X23), co-worker relationships (X26) and pay (X27) at a .05 level of statistical significance. When defining police officers’ work efficiency in Provincial Police Region 2 with the Y variable, the relationship betweenfactors predicting police officers’ work efficiencyinProvincial Police Region 2can be shown by the following prediction equation: Y = 1.888+ 5.48E-006 (X13) -0.155 (X22) +0.191 (X23) + 0.933 (X26) + 0.078 (X27)
