dc.description.abstract	การวิจัย “ความคิดเห็นของคณะกรรมการชุมชนที่มีต่อการดำเนินงานตามแผนพัฒนาสามปี (พ.ศ. 2557-2559) เทศบาลตำบลธาตุทอง อำเภอบ่อทอง จังหวัดชลบุรี” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของคณะกรรมการที่มีต่อการดำเนินงานตามแผนพัฒนาสามปี (พ.ศ. 2557-2559) เทศบาลตำบลธาตุทอง อำเภอบ่อทอง จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยการเก็บข้อมูลจากคณะกรรมการชุมชนโดยตรงทั้ง 11 ชุมชน จำนวน 110 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสถิติเพื่อการวิจัยทางสังคมศาสตร์ในการวิเคราะห์ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนการทดสอบสมมติฐานใช้สถิติ t-test สถิติ One-way ANOVA และวิเคราะห์การเปรียบเทียบรายคู่โดยใช้วิธีของ LSD โดยการกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความคิดเห็นของคณะกรรมการชุมชนในภาพรวมเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่งต่อการดำเนินงานตามแผนพัฒนาสามปี (พ.ศ. 2557-2559) เทศบาลตำบลธาตุทอง อำเภอบ่อทอง จังหวัดชลบุรี เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายยุทธศาสตร์ 4 ด้าน โดยเรียงตามอันดับ 1. ยุทธศาสตร์ด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชน 2. ยุทธศาสตร์ด้านการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง 3. ยุทธศาสตร์ด้านการพัฒนาการให้บริการตามหลักการบริหารจัดการบ้านเมืองที่ดี และ 4. ยุทธศาสตร์ด้านการพัฒนาจริยธรรมและคุณธรรม และจากการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็น จำแนกตามข้อมูลทั่วไป ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และระยะเวลาการดำรงตำแหน่งกับความคิดเห็นของคณะกรรมการชุมชนที่มีต่อการดำเนินการตามแผนพัฒนาสามปี (พ.ศ. 2557-2559) เทศบาลตำบลธาตุทอง อำเภอบ่อทอง จังหวัดชลบุรี พบว่า คณะกรรมการชุมชนที่มีเพศมีระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ ระยะเวลาการดำรงตำแหน่งต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการดำเนินงานตามแผนพัฒนาสามปี (พ.ศ. 2557-2559) ไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่คณะกรรมการชุมชนที่มีอายุต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการดำเนินงานตามแผนพัฒนาสามปี (พ.ศ. 2557-2559) แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this research on “Opinions of Community Committees towards the Implementation of the Three Year Development plan (2014-2016) of That Thong Sub-district Municipality, Bo Thong District, Chonburi Province’ is to study on and compare the opinions of the committee members towards the implementation of the Three Year Development Plan (2014-2016) of That Thong Sub-district Municipality, Bo Thong District, Chonburi Province. Data are collected directly from 110 members of committees of 11 communities. Data are analyzed with SPSS program for frequencies, percentages, means and standard deviations. The research hypotheses are tested with t-test technique, one-way ANOVA technique and the technique of pair comparison with LSD method with the level of statistical significance of .05. The findings from the research point out that, in the overview, the community committee members greatly agree with the implementation of the Three Year Development Plan (2014-2016) of That Thong Sub-district Municipality, Bo Thong District, Chonburi Province. Considered separately, the 4 categories of strategies have the level of agreement in the following order, 1) strategies concerning the development of people’s life quality, 2) strategies concerning the development of economy in accordance with sufficiency economy philosophy, 3) strategies concerning the development of services in accordance with the principles of good governance for the country, and 4) strategies related to moral and ethical development. From the comparison of the sample’s opinions towards the implementation of the Three Development Plan (2014-2016) of That Thong Sub-district Municipality, Bo Thong District, Chonburi Province, sorted with their general particulars, namely, genders, ages, educational backgrounds, occupations, and years of experiences as a committee, it is discovered that the committees with different genders, educational backgrounds, occupations, and years of experiences have indifferent opinions towards the implementation of the Three Year Development Plan (2014-2016) of That Thong Sub-district Municipality, Bo Thong District, Chonburi Province, but the committees with different ages have opinions towards the implementation of the Three Year Development Plan (2014-2016) that are different from one another’s with the statistical significance level of .05.
