dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพบริการและความพึงพอใจผู้มาใช้บริการในโรงพยาบาล AAA อำเภอศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพบริการและความพึงพอใจในโรงพยาบาล AAA อำเภอศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการผสมทั้งเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในวิจัยครั้งนี้มี 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มผู้มาใช้บริการด้านสุขภาพในโรงพยาบาล AAA อำเภอศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 400 คน และกลุ่มผู้มาใช้บริการ (CLMV) คือ ชาวกัมพูชา ชาวลาว ชาวเวียดนาม ชาวพม่า จำนวน 8 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล ได้แก่ หาค่าเฉลี่ย หาร้อยละ หาค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า t-test, one-way ANOVA และ Multiple regression analysis และการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ โดยใช้ (Post Hoc Tests) (Multiple comparison) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้มาใช้บริการส่วนมากเป็นเพศหญิง จำนวน 285 คน เพศชาย จำนวน 115 คน อายุระหว่าง 31-40 ปีมากที่สุด ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรีอาชีพพนักงานบริษัทเอกชนส่วนมาก จำนวน 151 คน มีรายได้อยู่ระหว่าง 10,000-20,000 บาท และ50,001 ขึ้นไป 2. แผนกที่กลุ่มผู้มาใช้บริการในโรงพยาบาล AAA อำเภอศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี ได้แก่ แผนกประชาสัมพันธ์แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก (OPD), แผนกผู้ป่วยใน (IPD), แผนกรังสี (X-ray), แผนกทันตกรรม, แผนกสถาบันความงาม, แผนกแคชเชียร์, แผนก Admission โดยเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 12.5 3. ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลต่างกันส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจและการรับรู้คุณภาพบริการ ในโรงพยาบาล AAA อำเภอศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรีต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05

dc.description.abstractalternative	The study had the objectives 1) to study the service quality and the satisfaction of service users of AAA Hospital in Sriracha District, Chonburi Province, and 2) to study factors influencing the service quality and the satisfaction of service users of AAA Hospital in Sriracha District, Chonburi Province. The study was both quantitative and qualitative research. There were two groups of samples. The first group consisted of 400 service users of AAA Hospital in Sriracha District, Chonburi Province. The second group consisted of 8 service users from Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia and Vietnam (CLMV). The instrument used for the study consisted of questionnaires and in-depth interview. Statistics used for data analysis consisted of mean, percentage, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Multiple Regression Analysis and Multiple/Post Hoc Group Comparisons. The findings were as follows: 1. Most of the respondents were 285 female service users and there were 115 male service users. Most were 31-40 years old and had a bachelor’s degree. 115 respondents were private company employees whose income was between 10,000-20,000 and over 50,001. 2. The departments which were frequently used were Public Relations Department, Outpatient Department (OPD) and Inpatient Department IPD). Department of radiation (X-RAY), Department of Dentistry, Department of Beauty, Cashier's Department, and Admission Department. Their means were 12.5. 3. Service users with different personal factors had differences in satisfaction and perception of the service quality of AAA Hospital at the significance level of 0.05.
