dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ซึ่งเป็นการวิจัยต่อเนื่อง เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์เชิงเส้นโยง (path analysis) ของปัจจัยต่าง ๆ กับเจตนาที่จะเลือกสถานพยาบาล โดยทำการศึกษาจากผู้ประกันตนในอำเภอบางปะกง จำนวน 320 คน จาก 6 หมู่บ้าน ซึ่งทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์เชิงเส้นโยง การวิเคราะห์สถิติสหสัมพันธ์เพียรสันโปรดักซ์โมเมนต์ (r) การวิเคราะห์ถดถอย (regression) และทดสอบความสอดคล้องของแบบจำลองโดยวิธีของสเปช (Specht) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แบบจำลองความสัมพันธ์เชิงเส้นโยงของปัจจัยต่าง ๆ ที่เหมาะสม พบว่าปัจจัยที่มีอิมธิพลร่วมกันในการทำนายเจตนาที่จะเลือกสถานพยาบาลของรัฐบาลเป็นคู่สัญญาหลักได้ร้อยละ 53.15 โดยปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลมากเรียงลำดับ คือ เจตคติต่อการเลือกสถานพยาบาลที่วัดทางตรงประสบการณ์การเลือกสถานพยาบาลของรัฐบาล การคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิงที่วัดทางตรง การคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิงที่วัดทางอ้อม และเจตคติต่อก่ารเลือกสถานพบาบาลที่วัดทางอ้อม โดยปัจจัยดังกล่าวมีอิทธิพลทั้งทางตรงและอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อเจตนาที่จะเลือกสถานพยาบาลของรัฐบาล

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this survey research was to analyze path analysis of factors of intention to choice government hospitals, Three hundreds and twenty insured persons from six villages in Bankpakong district were randomized. Data analysis by path analysis, Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient, regression and testing causal model by Specht's method. The findings were as follows: The direct measurement of attitude toward choosing hospitals, experience of choosing the government hospitals, direct measurement of subjective norm, indirect measurement of subjective norm and indirect measurement of attitude were direct effect to predict the intention for 53.15 percents and every factors also had indirect effect to intention to choice government hospitals for main contractor hospitals.	en
