dc.description.abstract	จากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ที่เป็นคนเก่ง คนดีให้มาทำงานร่วมกับองค์กร เพื่อยกระดบัความสามารถขององค์กรและสร้างความไดเ้ปรียบทางการแข่งขัน โดยใชเ้ครื่องมือการบริหารจดัการคนเก่งซึ่งถือเป็นกระบวนการที่สำคัญที่สุดประการหนึ่งในการบริหารองค์กรในยุคปัจจุบัน เนื่องจากพนักงานบุคคลในแต่ละองค์กรน้ัน มีศักยภาพ ความรู้ความสามารถ ทักษะ ตลอดจนทัศนคติและพฤติกรรมในการทำงานที่แตกต่างกัน ความแตกต่างระหว่างพนักงานบุคคลที่เก่งและดีกับพนักงานบุคคลทั่ว ไปอยู่ที่พฤติกรรมการทำงาน โดยความทัาทายของการบริหารงานทรัพยากรบุคคลอย่างแท้จริงคือพนักงานบุคคลที่เก่งและดีจะต้องรู้จักใช้สิ่งที่ตนมีอยู่รู้จักใช้พลังสมองปรับเปลี่ยนวธิีการทา งานของตน ระบบการบริหารจดัการคนเก่งถือเป็นเครื่องมือทางการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลอย่า งหนึ่งโดยใช้ขั้ ตอนการบริหารตั้งแต่การสรรหาคนเก่ง/การคัดเลือกหรือระบุคนเก่งขององคก์ร/การพัฒ นาคนเก่ง/ การบริหารและจูงใจคนเก่ง/การบริหารจัดการคนเก่งไว้ในองค์กร	th_TH
