dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อค้นหารูปแบบโรงแรมต้นการเรียนรู้หลักการทรงงานฯ โดยการวิจัย เชิงผสานวิธี ประกอบด้วยการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอนคือ ขั้นตอนที่1 เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้บริหารโรงแรมที่ได้รับรางวัลจากสำนักงาน กปร. จำนวน 4 โรงแรม ขั้นตอนที่ 2 ดำเนินการสำรวจ ด้วยเทคนิค เดลฟาย (Delphi Technique) กับกลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 18 คน จำนวน 3 รอบ ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การยืนยันผลการวิจัยด้วยการประชุมกลุ่มย่อย (Focus Group) กับผู้บริหารมูลนิธิชัยพัฒนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีอายุมากกว่า 50 ปี เป็นเพศชาย มีระดับการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรี และ ปริญญาโท ประสบการณ์ด้านหลักการทรงงานฯ มากกว่า 10 ปี ผลการศึกษาพบว่า รูปแบบโรงแรงแรมต้นแบบการเรียนรู้หลักการทรงงานฯ สามารถประยุกต์ใช้ได้2 แนวทางคือ 1) แนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้สำหรับการบริหารจัดการ โดยกาสร้างวัฒนธรรมและค่านิยมองค์กร ดูแลพนักงานเป็นเสมือนคนในครอบครัวบริหารด้วยหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง โปร่งใสตรวจสอบได้สร้างความมีส่วนร่วมกับผู้มีส่วนได้เสีย บริหารภาพรวมโดยมองความสัมพันธ์กันของปัจจัยต่าง ๆ เช่น ระหว่างรายได้และต้นทุน ศึกษาและนำข้อมูลภูมิสังคมไปใช้คัดเลือก พนักงานที่มีใจรักรับรู้จุดมุ่งหมายของ บริหารการใช้ทรัพยากรและพลังงานให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด 2) แนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อจัดการการเรียนรู้แก่ผู้ใช้บริการโดยออกแบบพื้นที่และแผนผังให้เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ด้วยการนำตนเองใช้สื่อการเรียนรู้ที่หลากหลาย	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research has an objective to find out the Hotel based on the Learning of His Majesty's working Principles model through the mixed method research which included by the qualitative and quantitative research. The research methodology consisted of three steps; step 1: collecting the data by an in-depth interview with the executives of four hotels which were once decorated by the Office of the Royal Development Projects Board, step 2: implementing survey by Delphi technique with 18 experts for 3 rounds, and step 3: confirming on research result by setting up a focus group meeting with the Chaipattana Foundation's executives. The research result presented that mostly sample was a male with over 50 years old, had an education level in bachelor's and master's degrees, and had an experience related to His Majesty's working principles over 10 years. Moreover, the researcher also found that the pattern of hotel learning model of His Majesty’s working principles was able to apply as two guidelines. The first guideline was the application for management by creating culture and organization values which treated employees like family members, administrating based on Sufficiency Economy Principles transparently, building the engagement with stakeholders, managing overall image by considering on the relationship with factors such as income and cost, studying and applying the sociogeographic data, and selecting the employees who were passionate about the purpose of hotel. The second guideline was the application for learning management for users by designing areas and diagrams to facilitate self-directed learning.	th_TH
