dc.description.abstract	การจัดการเรียนรู้ในปัจจุบัน เป็นสิ่งที่ครูผู้สอนจะต้องปรับเปลี่ยนและพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้มีทักษะ กระบวนการ คุณลักษณะและสมรรถนะที่สามารถนำไปใช้ในวิถีชีวิตได้ บทความนี้เป็นการวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ และพัฒนาแนวคิดในการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาประวัติศาสตร์ เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้ฐานสมรรถนะ และสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยมุ่งเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะของความเป็นพลเมือง และ คุณลักษณะของการเป็นพลเมืองที่ดีให้เกิดขึ้นกับผู้เรียน บทความนี้นำเสนอความรู้เกี่ยวกับความหมายและความสำคัญของสมรรถนะ แนวคิดที่สำคัญเกี่ยวกับพลเมือง ความหมายและความสำคัญของวิชาประวัติศาสตร์ หลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาประวัติศาสตร์ และเทคนิคการจัดการเรียนรู้ประวัติศาสตร์เพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะพลเมือง 3 แนวทาง คือ 1. วิธีการสอนโดยวิธีการทางประวัติศาสตร์ (Historical Method) 2. การจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงสร้างสรรค์เพื่อพัฒนา Growth mindset 3. การจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสร้างสรรค์เป็นฐาน (Creativity-based learning)	th_TH
