dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสมรรถนะของบัณฑิตหลักสูตรรัฐประศาสนศาสตรบัณฑิต และ 2) ศึกษากลยุทธ์การผลิตบัณฑิตที่พัฒนาผู้เรียนให้พร้อมต่อการทำงานในพื้นที่เขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษภาคตะวันออก โดยเป็นการวิจัยรูปแบบผสมผสาน ที่นำวิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจมาใช้ร่วมกับวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องมือที่ใช้รวบรวมข้อมูลจึงเป็นแบบสอบถาม ที่เก็บข้อมูลจาก กลุ่มตัวอย่างนิสิตปัจจุบัน จำนวน 260 ชุด และศิษย์เก่า จำนวน 380 ชุด แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้างที่สัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 15 คน และเอกสาร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ของบัณฑิตประกอบด้วย สมรรถนะด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักการบริหารองค์การและการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ทักษะการทำงานในหน้าที่ ที่สำคัญคือ ทักษะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร ทักษะกระบวนการคิดคือ การคิดเชิง วิเคราะห์และการคิดเชิงบวก ด้านอุปนิสัยและบุคลิกภาพที่บัณฑิตควรมีคือ ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ และมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ทั้งนี้ สมรรถนะที่ควรพัฒนาคือ ทักษะการปฏิบัติงานจริง ความมุ่งมั่นใน การพัฒนาตนเอง และความกล้าแสดงความคิดเห็นด้วยความมั่นใจ 2) กลยุทธ์ในการผลิตบัณฑิตเพื่อ สร้างสมรรถนะดังกล่าวอย่างสอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ต่างๆ โดยเฉพาะในบริบทของตลาดแรงงาน ในพื้นที่เขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษภาคตะวันออกคือ กลยุทธ์การปรับตัวแบบบูรณาการเพื่อผลิตบัณฑิตที่ พร้อมด้วยทักษะและประสบการณ์	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this research are 1) to study the competencies of graduates of the Bachelor of Public Administration Program and 2) to study undergraduate producing strategies which serve the Eastern Economic Corridor. This research adopted mixed-methodology which integrated survey method with qualitative method. The research instruments consist of questionnaires to collect data from 260 existing students and 380 alumni, semi-structured interviews from 15 key informants and documentation. The research results show that 1) desirable competencies of graduates consist of knowledge and understanding competency about organizational and human resource management; functional competency that are information technology skills and communication skills; analytical thinking and positive thinking skills are conceptual competency; traits and personality that graduates should have are responsibilities and human relations. However, the competencies that should be developed are work practical skills, self-improvement intention and expressing own opinion confidently; 2) strategy for producing undergraduates to create such competencies in accordance with various situations, especially for the Eastern Economic Corridor labor market, is integrated- adaptive undergraduate production strategy.	en
