dc.description.abstract	โครงการแนวทางพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงอนุรักษ์ : บ้านมาบหม้อ ตำบลบ้านปึก อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชลบุรี (ปีที่ 1) มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) คัดเลือก จำแนกประเภท จัดหมวดหมู่ จัดทำทะเบียนวัตถุของวัตถุและเครื่องมือเครื่องใช้ที่จะนำไปใช้จัดแสดงในการเตรียมจัดตั้งพิพิธภัณฑ์ชุมชนของชุมชนบ้านมาบหม้อ ตำบลบ้านปึก อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชลบุรี และ 2) เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบและวิธีการขยายพันธุ์ต้นเท้ายายม่อมที่อยู่ในชุมชนบ้านมาบหม้อ ตำบลบ้านปึก อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชลบุรี ผลการศึกษาพบว่า วัตถุเครื่องมือเครื่องใช้หรือที่เรียกว่าวัตถุทางวัฒนธรรมบนเรือนบ้านยายไอ๊ มีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 122 ชิ้น สำหรับการศึกษาการขยายพันธุ์ต้นเท้ายายม่อมนั้น วิธีการฟอกฆ่าเชื้อและสูตรอาหารที่มีผลต่อการชักนำยอดจากชิ้นส่วนหัวเท้ายายม่อมที่มีขนาดต่างกัน ในทุกสูตรอาหาร ชิ้นส่วนหัวเท้ายายม่อมให้เปอร์เซ็นต์การปลอดเชื้อเท่ากับ 100 และชิ้นส่วนหัวเท้ายายม่อมมีลักษณะทั่วไป คือ ชิ้นส่วนหัวยังไม่พบการงอกเกิดขึ้น อาหารที่เหมาะสมในการเพิ่มปริมาณยอดเท้ายายม่อม คือ อาหารแข็งสูตร MS ที่เติม BA ความเข้มข้น 1 และ 2 มิลลิกรัมต่อลิตร ให้จำนวนยอด 8.70 และ6.70 ยอด ความยาวยอดเฉลี่ย 1.67 และ 2.00 เซนติเมตร และขยายพันธุ์เท้ายายม่อมในสภาพปลอดเชื้อโดยใช้ชิ้นส่วนตำแหน่งบริเวณพื้นที่ใบที่ติดเส้นกลางใบของต้นกล้า สามารถเจริญเติบโตขยายปริมาณจำนวนต้น สร้างราก เพื่อดูดซึมอาหารในการเจริญเติบโตได้ดี ใช้ระยะเวลา 8 เดือน ส่วนการขยายพันธุ์เท้ายายม่อมโดยวิธีทางเขตกรรม พบว่าเจริญเติบโตได้น้อย"	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The Ecotourism Development Guidelines for Baan Mab Mor, Baan Pouk Sub-District, Muang District, Chonburi Province aims to 1) select, classify, register the objects and tools to be used in exhibitions in preparation for establishing a community museum of Baan Mab Mor Community, Ban Puek Subdistrict, Mueang District, Chon Buri Province, and 2) to study patterns and methods of propagating arrowroot trees in the community Map Mor Mo, Ban Puek Subdistrict, Mueang District, Chon Buri Province The results show that cultural objects of Museum House of Yaii Ai Handy Craft Weaving, there are 122 pieces. For the study of arrowroot propagation disinfecting methods and formulations that affect the induction of shoots from arrowroot heads of different sizes In all formulas, the arrowroot head gave sterile percentage equal to 100 and the arrowroot head part had a general characteristic that no head germination had occurred. The suitable food for increasing arrowroot were MS solid media with BA and concentration of 1 and 2 milligrams per liter gave the amount of shoots 8.70 and 6.70 shoots, the average shoot length of 1.67 and 2.00 cms. and propagated arrowroot in sterile conditions using the position piece of the leaf area attached to the center line of the seedling can grow expand the amount of roots to grow the food to absorb food for good growth in 8 months.
