dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลการพัฒนาบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาการจัดการและการสอน กีฬาให้สอดคล้องความต้องการในการเข้าฝึกประสบการณ์ตามแนวสหกิจศึกษาที่มีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปปฏิบัติในการเตรียมความพร้อมนิสิตในการเข้าฝึกประสบการณ์ตามแนวสหกิจศึกษา และให้เป็นไปตามผู้ประกอบการมีความประสงค์ ผลการวิจัย ดังนี้ 1.ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติของพนักงานที่มีหน้าที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานด้านการจัดการและการ สอนกีฬา สถานประกอบการที่ต้องการพนักงานหรือนิสิตฝึกงานต้องมีคุณสมบัติและคุณลักษณะจำนวน 10 องค์ประกอบ ดังนี้ 1) นิสิตต้องมีความรู้ภาษาต่างประเทศ 2) มีความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์และเทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ 3) มีความขยันอดทนในการทำงาน 4) มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์และนำเสนอ 5) มีวิสัยทัศน์ในการ ทางาน 6) มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี 7) มีความรู้ด้านการจัดการกีฬา 8) มีจริยธรรมและมีความซื่อสัตย์ 9) มีความ รับผิดชอบในหน้าที่ 10) มีความรู้รอบตัว 2. ความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อผลการปฏิบัติงานในปัจจุบันของพนักงานในภาครัฐและภาคเอกชนที่เกี่ยวข้อง กับการจัดการและการสอนกีฬา มีทั้งสิ้น 3 ด้านดังนี้ 2.1 ด้านความรู้ความสามารถพบว่า มีความรู้และทักษะเกี่ยวกบงานที่รับผิดชอบมีความรู้ ความสามารถในระดับดี 2.2 ด้านทักษะในการปฏิบัติงานพบว่า มีทักษะในการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี ในด้านมีความ รับผิดชอบในงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายมีทักษะในการปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในเกณฑ์ค่อนข้างดี 2.3 ด้านบุคลิกภาพในสาชาวิชาชีพ สถานประกอบการมีความคิดเห็นว่าด้านบุคลิกภาพของ นิสิตด้านการจัดการการสอนกีฬามีบุคลิกภาพดีมาก 3.ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับทิศทางและแนวโน้มของความต้องการบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาการจัดการและ การสอนกีฬา ทิศทางและแนวโน้มความต้องการรับบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาการจัดการและการสอนกีฬาในสถาน ประกอบการที่เก็บข้อมูลสถานประกอบการส่วนมากมีความต้องการบุคคลที่จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญา ตรีมาก 4. ความเป็นไปได้ในการจัดการศึกษารูปแบบสหกิจศึกษาในคณะวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา สาขาวิชาการจัดการและการสอนกีฬาจากการรวบรวมข้อมูลมีความเป็นไปได้ในการจัดการศึกษารูปแบบ สหกิจศึกษาเพื่อตรงกับความต้องการของสถานประกอบการเป็นอย่างมาก	th_TH

Comments on the direction and trend of demand for graduates in the field of management and Sports Teaching Direction and Trends in Graduate Studies in Sports Management and Teaching in the enterprise data collection Most establishments have a high demand for individuals with a bachelor's degree. 4. Possibility of organizing a co-operative education in the Faculty of Sports Science.
