dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสุขในการเรียนของนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 1 คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นิสิตชั้นปีที่ 1 คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา จำนวน 290 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านครอบครัว ปัจจัยด้านการเรียนการสอน ปัจจัยส่วนตัว กับความสุขในการเรียนของนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 1 มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก โดยปัจจัยด้านครอบครัวอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และปัจจัยด้านการเรียนการสอน และ ปัจจัยส่วนตัวอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 2. ปัจจัยด้านครอบครัว ปัจจัยด้านการเรียนการสอน ปัจจัยส่วนตัว ส่งผล ต่อความสุขในการเรียนของนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 1 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3. ปัจจัยที่มีอำนาจพยากรณ์ความสุขในการเรียนของนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 1 คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ที่ดีที่สุด คือ ความรู้สึกที่ดี ต่อตนเอง บรรยากาศในการเรียนการสอน การเห็นคุณค่าการเรียนรู้ ความน่าสนใจ ของบทเรียน การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเอง การส่งเสริมความสามารถของนิสิต และ ความเหมาะสมของสื่อที่ใช้ในการเรียนการสอน ตัวแปรทั้ง 7 ตัวแปรรวมกันสามารถ พยากรณ์ความสุขในการเรียนของนิสิตได้ร้อยละ 69.90 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aimed to study the factors affecting happiness in learning of freshmen of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Burapha University. 290 freshmen were the samples of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Burapha University selected by Stratified Random Sampling. The findings were as follows. 1. Factors of family, instruction, and personal matter were positively correlated with freshmen’s. happiness in learning. The factor of family was correlated with happiness in learning at a moderate level while the factors of instruction and personal matter were correlated with happiness in learning at a high level and at statistical significance of .01. 2. The factors of family, instruction, and personal matter affected the freshmen’s happiness in learning at statistical significance of .01. 3. The variables having prediction power on happiness in learning of the freshmen were positive thought toward oneself, instruction atmosphere, awareness of learning, lesson content, self-esteem, student’s competency promotion, and appropriateness of instruction materials. These seven variables were altogether able to predict the happiness in learning of the freshmen by 69.90% at statistical significance of .01	en
