dc.description.abstract	งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ ยุทธศาสตร์ ผลจากการพัฒนา รวมทั้งเสนอแนวทางและมาตรการเชิงนโยบาย ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมในพื้นที่มาบตาพุด เปรียบเสมือนการผลิตซ้ำเพื่อสืบทอดอุดมการณ์พัฒนากระแสหลัก ภายใต้กระบวนทัศน์ของทฤษฎีความทันสมัย โดยใช้ยุทธศาสตร์เติบโตแบบไม่สมดุล ส่วนผลจากการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรม ก่อให้เกิดความเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเศรษฐกิจ สังคม ทั้งในเชิงลึกและวงกว้าง ซึ่งความเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าว กลายเป็นเงื่อนไขเชิงโครงสร้างที่ส่งผลต่อปฏิกิริยา และปฏิบัติการทางสังคมของผู้คนกลุ่มต่าง ๆ สำหรับแนวทางและมาตรการเชิงนโยบายการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรม จำเป็นต้องปรับกระบวนทัศน์การพัฒนา เพื่อนำไปสู่ความสมานฉันท์หรือการได้รับผลประโยชน์ร่วมกันในสังคมอุตสาหกรรม	th_TH
