dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความรู้สึกไม่แน่นอนในความเจ็บป่วยในผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยยาเคมีบำบัด กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งที่อยู่ระหว่างได้รับการรักษาด้วยยาเคมีบำบัด และมาพบแพทย์เพื่อรับยาเคมีบำบัดตามนัดที่หอผู้ป่วยเคมีบำบัด โรงพยาบาลราชบุรี ได้มาด้วยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย จำนวน 85 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบวัดความรุนแรงของความเจ็บป่วยตามการรับรู้ของผู้ป่วยแบบประเมินความหวังของเฮิร์ท แบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนทางสังคม แบบสอบถามความรู้สึกไม่แน่นอนในความเจ็บป่วย ของมิเชล และแบบประเมินภาวะซึมเศร้า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภาวะซึมเศร้า การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของความเจ็บป่วย และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม สามารถร่วมกันทำนายความรู้สึกไม่แน่นอนในความเจ็บป่วยในผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยยาเคมีบำบัดได้ร้อยละ 18.6 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จากผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้เสนอแนะว่า พยาบาลควรพัฒนาการพยาบาลที่ช่วยลดการจัดการความรุนแรงของความเจ็บป่วย จัดการกับภาวะซึมเศร้า และความรู้สึกไม่แน่นอนในความเจ็บป่วยของผู้ป่วย ในขณะเดียวกันพยาบาลควรต้องส่งเสริมให้ผู้ป่วยมีการสนับสนุนทางสังคมที่ดีให้เพียงพอต่อความต้องการของผู้ป่วยและครอบครัวเพื่อลดความรู้สึกไม่แน่นอนในความเจ็บป่วยในผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยยาเคมีบำบัด	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to examine factors influencing uncertainty in illness among patients with cancer undergoing chemotherapy. The 85 subjects were selected by simple random sampling from patients with cancer being treated with chemotherapy and their doctors at the chemotherapy appointment ward at Ratchaburi Hospital. All subjects met inclusion criteria. The research instruments consisted of the Illness Perception Questionnaire, the Herth Hope Index, the Social Support Questionnaire, the Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale, and a Depression Scale. The data were analyzed using multiple regression. The results show that perceived severity of illness and social support predicted 18.6% of the variance in uncertainty in illness in the patients with cancer who were treated with chemotherapy, a statistically significant finding (R2 = .186, p < .05). The results suggest that professional nurses develop nursing care to decrease high perceived severity regarding the illness, and to relieve or eliminate depression and uncertainty among these patients. Additionally, nurses should encourage patients to ensure social support sufficient to meet their and their families’ needs in order to reduce uncertainty about illness in patients with cancer receiving chemotherapy.	en
