dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงเนื้อหาหลักสูตรพร้อมพัฒนาหลักสูตรของโรงเรียน นายร้อยตำรวจให้เป็นตำรวจของอาเซียน จากการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ หรือผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่มีความรู้ความสามารถด้านการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มวิชาการเรียนในโรงเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจ ที่สอดคล้องกับการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจไทยและกลุ่มประเทศในอาเซียนประกอบด้วยกลุ่มรายวิชา 8 ด้าน ดังนี้คือ ด้านกฎหมาย ด้านวิชาการ ด้านการสืบสวนอาชญากรรมสมัยใหม่และอาชญากรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ การตรวจสถานที่เกิดเหตุ ด้านงานพิสูจน์หลักฐาน ด้านงานบริหารแบบมนุษยสัมพันธ์โดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ด้านการบริหารแบบระบบ และด้านภาษาและวัฒนธรรม ในการเรียนการสอนควรมีการปรับด้านสภาพแวดล้อมทางการเรียนโดยการจำลองการฝึกให้นักเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจได้ปฏิบัติเสมือนจริง และควรมีการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนแบบออนไลน์ สามารถเสริมข้อมูลและความรู้ใหม่ ในการเรียนการสอนเพื่อให้เกิดความต่อเนื่องในกิจกรรมการเรียนของนักเรียนนายร้อยตำรวจและมีการบูรณาการความรู้ระหว่างครูกับนักเรียนอย่างต่อเนื่อง	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aimed to study the content of the curriculum and develop the curriculum of the police cadet program for ASEAN Police Officers. The researcher used qualitative research, there was the in depth interview from experts were conducted with 11 participants. It was found learning subjects in the Police Cadet Academy that are in line with the performance of Thai police officers and ASEAN countries, including 8 subject groups as follows: Law, Academic, Hi-Tech/Cybercrime Investigation, Crime Scene Investigation, Criminalistics, Human Relation Management and the Participation of the People, Police Administration, Language and Culture To the learning environment, there should be simulation so that the police cadets can practice the virtual reality. Moreover, online teaching should be developed because it can supplement the information and knowledge for continuous learning activities. There is also integration of knowledge between teachers and students.	en
