การทดลองเปรียบเทียบการอนุบาลม้าน้ำวัยอ่อนด้วยอาหาร 3 ชนิด คือลูกกุ้งแชบ๊วย (Penaeys merguiensis), ไรน้ำเค็ม (Artemia pholnix) และแพลงก์ตอนจากทะเลโดยทดลองเลี้ยงเป็นระยะเวลา 90 วันพบว่าการเลี้ยงด้วยลูกกุ้งแชบ๊วยจะมีอัตราการรอดตายดีที่สุดมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 33.15 เปอร์เซนต์ ส่วนการเลี้ยงด้วยไรน้ำเค็มและแพลงก์ตอนจากทะเลพบว่าม้าน้ำวัยอ่อนจะตายหมดภายในระยะเวลา 3-33 วัน สำหรับ
การทดลองการอนุบาลม้าน้ำวัยอ่อนในระดับความเค็มที่แตกต่างกัน 5 ระดับความเค็มคือ 15, 20,25,30 และ 35 ppt ตามลำดับ โดยทดลองเลี้ยงเป็นระยะเวลา 90 วัน พบว่าที่ระดับความเค็ม 15 ppt มีอัตราการรอดตายดีที่สุด
มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 60.67 เปอร์เซ็นต์ รองลงมาที่ระดับความเค็มได้ 20, 25, 30 และ 35 ppt มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 52.67 , 34.0, 31.34 และ36.67 เปอร์เซนต์ตามลำดับ เมื่อเปรียบเทียบน้ำหนักและความยาวของม้าน้ำวัยอ่อนที่ระดับความเค็มต่าง ๆ กันโดยการสุ่มชั่งวัดทุก 2 สัปดาห์ พบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ (p<0.05) ในแต่ละช่วงเวลาของการสุ่มชั่งวัดทั้งหมดยกเว้นในสัปดาห์ที่ 5 จะมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (p>0.05)
Abstract
Experimental studies on the young of seahorse culture using three different type of feed namely baby prawn (Penaeys merguiensis) , brine shrimp (Penaeys merguiensis) and mixed zooplankton collected from the sea for the period at 90 days. It was found that the animal which fed on baby prawn had 33.45 % of survival rate. The animals whith fed on brine shrimp and mixed zooplankton died during 3-33 days of experiment. Salinty tests were also done at the concentration of 15, 20,25,30 and 35 ppt for the period at 90 days. The result showed that the survival rate of animal at 15 ppt was 60.67% followed by 20, 25, 30 and 35 ppt which had survival rate as 52.67 , 34.0, 31.34 and 36.67% respectively. The studies on weight and length at animals at various concentration at salinity once in 2 weeks by random measurement. It was found the there was no significant difference (p<0.05) during 90 days tested except the measurement on the 5 th weeks showed markedly significant (p>0.05) |
