dc.description.abstract	งานวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนารูปแบบเครื่องมือพิสูจน์เอกลักษณ์ทางยาโดยใช้กลยุทธ์การตลาดสำหรับการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค (ปีที่ 2) มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1.เพื่อค้นหาความต้องการที่เหมาะสมของการพัฒนาเครื่องมือพิสูจน์เอกลักษณ์ทางยาโดย 2.เพื่อค้นหาความคิดเห็นของผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องหลังจากการทดลองใช้เครื่องมือที่ออกแบบเสร็จแล้ว ใช้การวิจัยเชิงทดลอง มีกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่เป็น เภสัชกรร้านขายยา จำนวน 30 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบ purposive non probability sampling ทำการทดลองให้ใช้ application Clinic-Ya และนำข้อคิดเห็นมาสรุปเพื่อหาแนวทางปรับปรุง ผลคือปัญหาหลักคือเรื่องของฐานข้อมูล ควรเพิ่มในส่วนของ app store มีความเรียบง่าย ไม่ซับซ้อน ใช้งานง่าย ฐานข้อมูลในระบบยังน้อย ยังไม่สามารถสแกนด้วยเม็ดยาเพื่อหาคำตอบ ไม่สามารถหาอาการโรค ไม่สามารถค้นด้วยลักษณะยา ไม่มีผู้เชี่ยวชาญตอบคำถาม โดยภาพรวมถ้าฐานข้อมูลจะเป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งกับเภสัชกรไม่ว่าจะเป็นร้านขายยาหรือโรงพยาบาล รวมถึงประชาชนที่อยากรู้คำตอบด้านยาเบื้องต้น	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	This study aimed to find the opinions from relevant parties after the trial of the designed tool. It was an experimental research. The purposive sampling was a group of 30 community pharmacist. The experiment was done by using the application Clinic-Ya and summarized in order to find ways to improve. The main problem was the few database. It could not download from the app store, easy to used. It could not identified by pill scan ,unable to find disease symptoms, not had expert answers Overall, if the database was full function. It was very useful to pharmacists in pharmacies or hospitals Including people who want to know the basic answers about medicines	th_TH
