dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาการพัฒนาชุมชนชายทะเลต้นแบบเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุ พื้นที่ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นพื้นที่เขตชายฝั่งทะเลตำบลแสนสุข และตำบลอ่างศิลา อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชลบุรี ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ชุมชนชายทะเลต้นแบบเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุ ที่ได้จากการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วยรูปแบบการพัฒนคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุชายทะเลภาคตะวันออก 4 รูปแบบ คือ 1) รูปแบบการจัดการฐานข้อมูลและแผนที่ภูมิศาสตร์สนเทศทางการใช้ยาเพื่อดูแลสุขภาพตนเองของ ผู้สูงอายุโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังชุมชนชายทะเล 2) รูปแบบการส่งเสริมสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุชายทะเล 3) รูปแบบการดูแลสุขภาพและความปลอดภัยในการประกอบอาชีพของแรงงานสูงอายุนอกระบบใน ชุมชนชายทะเล และ4) เทคโนโลยีและระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อส่งเสริมการพึ่งพาตนเองและคุณภาพ ชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนชายทะเล จากผลการวิจัยเสนอแนะ 2 ประเด็น ดังนี้ 1. ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบาย องค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้องระดับประเทศและท้องถิ่นควรให้ ความสำคัญเรื่องการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ของผู้สูงอายุชุมชนชายทะเล และมีการจัดทำแผนยุทธศาสตร์ เกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุชุมชนชายทะเล 2. ข้อเสนอแนะในการนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในพื้นที่ในชุมชนควรนำรูปแบบชุมชนชายทะเลต้นแบบที่ได้จากการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ไปใช้เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุชายทะเล และควรมีการนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในชุมชนพื้นที่ชายทะเลอื่น ๆ	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research was the research and development design which aimed to develop the prototype coastal community for quality of life development of the elderly. The research findings revealed that the prototype coastal community for quality of life development of the elderly in this research consisted of 4 models including 1) the model for database management and a map of geographical information of drug use for self care in elderly attending chronic non-communicable diseases in community along sea coast 2) the model for health promotion for elderly along sea coast. 3) the model for health care and work safety in self-employment among older worker in community along sea coast and 4) technology and informatics system for promoting self-reliance and quality of life in elderly in community along sea coast. The research findings suggest 2 points; 1) Policy recommendation; relating organization at national and local level should pay attention on health promotion for elderly in community along sea coast 2) Recommendation for application of the research findings; relating agencies in the community should utilize the prototype coastal community from this study in order to develop quality of life in elderly along the sea and should apply it in the community along other sea coasts	en
