dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยเรื่อง “นวัตกรรมและการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากมุมมองของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติและชาวไทยต่อการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวในภาคตะวันออก” มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษานวัตกรรมและการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากมุมมองของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติและชาวไทยต่อการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวในภาค ตะวันออก 2) เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวในภาคตะวันออก 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรคของ นวัตกรรมและการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากมุมมองของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติและชาวไทยต่อการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวในภาคตะวันออก และ 4) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะต่าง ๆ ของนวัตกรรมและ การเปลี่ยนแปลงจากมุมมองของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติและชาวไทยต่อการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวในภาคตะวันออก ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยและนักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติที่ได้เดินทาง ท่องเที่ยวในภาคตะวันออก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ นักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยและนักท่องเที่ยว ชาวต่างชาติ จำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างตามสะดวก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นหญิง มีอายุต่ำกว่า 31 ปี มีสถานภาพโสด มีการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่า มีรายได้น้อยกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 10,000 บาทต่อเดือน 2) โดยรวมนวัตกรรมและการเปลี่ยนแปลงพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวในภาคตะวันออกอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านการเสริมสร้างพลังแก่ชุมชนหรือประชาชนมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการใช้ เทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ ด้านความครบถ้วน ด้านการทำให้กระบวนการดีขึ้น และด้านการใช้ภาคเอกชนและผู้ อาสาหรือองค์กรที่ไม่ใช่ภาครัฐส่งมอบโปรแกรมเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายสาธารณะ ตามลำดับ 3) โดยรวมการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวในภาคตะวันออกอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านภาพลักษณ์มี คะแนนสูงที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านทรัพยากรการท่องเที่ยว ด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐานการท่องเที่ยวและด้านความสามารถในการแข่งขัน ด้านกลไกการบริหารจัดการบูรณาการ ด้านการเพิ่มรายได้ของการท่องเที่ยว ด้านข้อมูลเชิงลึกเพื่อการวิเคราะห์ ด้านกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับการท่องเที่ยว และด้านบุคลากรการท่องเที่ยว ตามลำดับ ข 4) นวัตกรรมและการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากมุมมองของนักท่องเที่ยวมีอิทธิพลต่อการพัฒนาการ ท่องเที่ยวในภาคตะวันออก โดยด้านการใช้ภาคเอกชนและผู้อาสาหรือองค์กรที่ไม่ใช่ภาครัฐส่งมอบ โปรแกรมเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายสาธารณะมีอิทธิพลสูงที่สุด รองลงมาคือ การใช้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ ความ ครบถ้วน การทำให้กระบวนการดีขึ้น และการเสริมสร้างพลังแก่ชุมชนหรือประชาชน ตามลำดับ	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The research on the subject of “ Innovation and Change from View Point of Foreign and Thai Tourist Toward Tourism Development in Eastern Region” aimed 1 ) to study on the innovation and change from view point of foreign and Thai tourist toward tourism development in Eastern region; 2) to study on the tourism development in the Eastern region; 3 ) to study on problems and obstacles of innovation and change from view point of foreign and Thai tourist toward tourism development in Eastern region; and, 4 ) to study on any suggestions on the innovation and change from view point of foreign and Thai tourist toward tourism development in Eastern region. The populations in this study were the foreign and Thai tourists who travelled to the Eastern region. The sample group used in this study was 400 of foreign and Thai tourists obtained from the convenience sampling method. The questionnaire was used as the research tool. Data analysis was conducted by using the values of frequency, percentage, mathematic average, standard deviation, correlation coefficient and regression analysis. It was found from the study results as follows. 1) Most of the samples were female aged below 31 years old with the Bachelor degree educational level or equally and having monthly income at 1 0 ,0 0 0 baht or lower. 2 ) Overall, innovation and change from view point of foreign and Thai tourist toward tourism development in Eastern region was at high level whereas the aspect of community or people empowerment was at highest average, second by the use of new technologies, completion, process improvement and to use the program received from the private sector or those voluntary who were not from the government sector to achieve the public goals, respectively. 3 ) Overall, the tourism development in the Eastern region was in high level where the aspect of image had the top score, second by the tourism resources, tourism infrastructure, and the competitive ability, integrative management mechanism, tourism income maximizing, insight information for the analysis, tourism law and tourism human resource, respectively. 4 ) Innovation and change from view point of foreign and Thai tourist toward tourism development in Eastern region on the aspect of the use of program received from the private sector or those voluntary who were not from the government sector to achieve the public goals had the highest influence, second by the use of new technologies, completion, process improvement and community and people empowerment, respectively.	en
