การพัฒนาแอพพลิเคชั่น ‘สมาร์ทการดูแล’ เพื่อสนับสนุนผู้ดูแลคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว

dc.description.abstract	ความพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวเป็นปัญหาสาธารณสุขที่สำคัญทั่วโลกและประเทศไทย ผู้ดูแลเป็นเสมือนเสาหลักของระบบการดูแลคนพิการในระยะยาว การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนาเพื่อพัฒนาแอพลิเคชั่น ‘สมาร์ทการดูแล’ เพื่อสนับสนุนผู้ดูแลคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว กระบวนการวิจัยมี 6 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการของผู้ใช้และวิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ของแอพลิเคชั่นจากการสนทนากลุ่มผู้ดูแลคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว จำนวน 12 ราย และกลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ/เชี่ยวชาญ ที่มีประสบการณ์ด้านการดูแลและด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ จำนวน 12 ราย 2) จัดหา รวบรวม วิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ข้อมูล 3) ออกแบบระบบและสร้างแอพลิเคชั่น 4) จัดทำคู่มือการใช้แอพลิเคชั่น 5) ทดสอบการทำงานกับผู้ดูแลคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว จำนวน 60 ราย และปรับปรุงแอพลิเคชั่น และ 6) เผยแพร่และให้บริการแอพลิเคชั่น รวมระยะเวลาการดำเนินการวิจัย 24 เดือน แอพลิเคชั่น ‘สมาร์ทการดูแล’ เพื่อสนับสนุนผู้ดูแลคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว สร้างโดยใช้เทคโนโลยี React JavaScript (ReactJS) และพัฒนาการเข้าตัวระบบของผู้ดูแลและผู้ใช้งานผ่านเบราว์เซอร์บนคอมพิวเตอร์เคลื่อนที่และคอมพิวเตอร์ ทำให้ผู้ดูแลและผู้ใช้งานสามารถใช้งานระบบได้ง่ายและได้รับประโยชน์สูงสุดเพื่อให้การดูแลคนพิการ ซึ่งแอพลิเคชั่นนี้เป็นระบบที่เน้นการบันทึกข้อมูลของผู้ดูแลและคนพิการ และการให้ข้อมูลสาระสำคัญและแหล่งสนับสนุนการสำหรับการดูแลคนพิการ ภายหลังการพัฒนา แอพลิเคชั่นถูกนำมาทดลองใช้โดยผู้ดูแลและความพึงพอใจ พบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยประสิทธิภาพของแอพลิเคชั่นในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 4.47, SD = 0.75) โดยด้านความเร็วของการใช้งานมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (M = 4.70, SD = 0.57) รองลงมาคือ ความถูกต้อง (M = 4.35, SD = 0.81) และความสามารถในการให้บริการ (M = 4.35, SD = 0.88) นอกจากนี้คะแนนเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจต่อแอพลิเคชั่นในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 4.45, SD = 0.72) โดยด้านเนื้อหาสาระมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยมากกว่าด้านการนำเสนอแอพลิเคชั่น (M = 4.35, SD = 0.81 และ M = 4.35, SD = 0.81 ตามลาดับ) ผลการศึกษานี้เสนอแนะได้ว่า แอพลิเคชั่น ‘สมาร์ทการดูแล’ เป็นประโยชน์ในการสนับสนุนการดูแลคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวสำหรับผู้ดูแล อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข นักวิจัย นักวิชาการ บุคลากร จากสถานบริการ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งจะช่วยพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้ดูแลและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องให้มีประสิทธิภาพ นำไปสู่การคุณภาพชีวิตทั้งของคนพิการและญาติผู้ดูแลต่อไป	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	Mobility disability is a significant health problem in Thailand. Families caregivers are essential resources in the long-term care system for persons with mobility disability. This research and development (R&D) aimed to develop ‘Smart Caregiving’ application to support caregivers of persons with mobility disability. In constructing the application, following 6 steps. Firstly, finding feasibility and needs of system were explored. Secondly, researcher collected, analyzed and synthesized the data. Thirdly, a application was designed and developed. Fourthly, a handbook of program using was set. Fifthly, the application was tested. Finally, the application was distributed. ‘Smart Caregiving’ application to support caregivers of persons with mobility disability was created using React JavaScript technology (ReactJS) and developed access into the systems of caregivers and users through browsers on mobile and computers for allowing caregivers and users to easily use the system and get the most benefit to provide care for the persons with mobility disability. This application is a system that focuses on recording data of caregivers and persons with physical disability, and providing important information and support resources for the care of persons with disabilities. Developed application was tested by caregiver. It was found that the average score of the overall performance of the application was rated at a high level (M = 4.47, SD = 0.75). The speed was the highest score (M = 4.70, SD = 0.57), followed by accuracy (M = 4.35, SD = 0.81) and service capability (M = 4.35, SD = 0.88). The average score of the overall satisfaction was rated at a high level (M = 4.45, SD = 0.72). The average score of application content section was more than application presentation (M = 4.35, SD = 0.81 and M = 4.35, SD = 0.81 respectively) The results of this study suggest that the 'Smart Caregiving' application is beneficial in supporting the care of persons with physical disability amomg caregivers, village health volunteers, researchers, academics, health personnel, and related agencies. It will increase the potential of caregivers and related parties to be effective careing, in order to improve the quality of life both the caregivers and their care recipient.	en
