dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาแกนนำนิสิตเพื่อการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นิสิต และแกนนำนิสิตที่ศึกษาอยู่ในมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ปีการศึกษา 2558 และผู้สูงอายุ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยเครื่องมือการวิจัยที่มีค่าความตรง และความเที่ยงในเกณฑ์ที่ยอบรับได้ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบการพัฒนาแกนนำนิสิตเพื่อการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) การประเมินความพร้อมของแกนนำนิสิต 2) การให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับผู้สูงอายุ และการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ 3) การพัฒนาทัศนคติที่ดีต่อผู้สูงอายุ 4) การฝึกทักษะในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ และ 5) การฝึกปฏิบัติดูแลผู้สูงอายุในสถานการณ์จริง จากผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีเสนอแนะว่า มหาวิทยาลัยควรนำรูปแบบการพัฒนาแกนนำนิสิตเพื่อการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่ได้จากการวิจัยไปใช้ในการพัฒนาแกนนำนิสิตในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ ต่อไป	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research was the research and development design which aimed to develop a model of student leader development for the elderly care. The samples were students and student leaders in Burapha University, academic year 2015 and the elderly. Data were collected by the instruments which had acceptable validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results showed that the model of student leader development for the elderly care consisted of 5 components including 1) assessing the readiness of student leaders 2) providing knowledge about the elderly and caring for the elderly 3) developing a positive attitude towards the elderly 4) skills training In caring for the elderly and 5) practice in caring for the elderly in real situations. These findings suggest that university should apply the model of student leader development for the elderly care from this study in order to develop the student leader in caring for the elderly.	en
