dc.description.abstract	อุบัติเหตุเป็นสาเหตุของการบาดเจ็บและเสียชีวิตที่พบบ่อยในเด็กทั่วโลก การเกิดอุบัติเหตุในเด็กเป็นปัญหาสำคัญที่ทำให้เกิดความสูญเสีย ทั้งร่างกายและทรัพย์สินโดยเฉพาะการเกิดทุพพลภาพและเสียชีวิตของเด็กซึ่งถือว่าเป็นทรัพยากรที่สำคัญ เมื่อเกิดอุบัติเหตุและการบาดเจ็บในเด็ก นอกจากทำให้เกิดการสูญเสียค่าใช้จ่ายที่นับเป็นมูลค่ามหาศาลในแต่ละปีของประเทศชาติแล้ว ยังเป็นสาเหตุให้เกิดการตายของเด็กในปัจจุบัน ดังนั้นการเรียนรู้สาเหตุ และแนวทางป้องกันเพื่อให้คำแนะนำล่วงหน้าแก่บุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น พ่อแม่ ครู ผู้ดูแลเด็ก และบุคลากรทางสุขภาพ รวมถึงการรณรงค์ให้สังคมตระหนักถึงความ สำคัญ และร่วมมือกันเพื่อไม่ให้เด็กต้องประสบปัญหาทางด้านร่างกาย จิตใจ หรือการสูญเสียใด ๆ อันเป็นผลมาจากการได้รับอันตรายจากการเกิดอุบัติเหตุในเด็ก พยาบาลเป็นผู้ที่มีบทบาทสำคัญในการป้องกันและลดการเกิดอุบัติเหตุในเด็ก รวมทั้งการดูแลและฟื้นฟูสุขภาพเด็ก เพื่อให้เด็กมีการเจริญเติบโตให้เหมาะสมกับวัยและพัฒนาศักยภาพได้อย่างเต็มที่	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	Accident is one of the most common causes of injury and death among children worldwide. Child accidents cause both physical and property loss and lead to disability and even mortality among children, who are our most important national resource. In addition to the tremendous cost each year as a result of child accident, it has become a major cause of death among children. Hence, learning causes and methods of accident prevention is essential in order to educate persons involved in caring for children such as; fathers, mothers, teachers, caregivers and health professionals. Including, campaigns raising social awareness towards this issue as well as promoting cooperation among these individuals are encouraged. Together, they need to protect children from the physical, psychological suffering, and other losses resulting from accidents. Nurses play an important role in the prevention and reduction of childhood accidents, as well as caring and rehabilitating injured the children in order to assure appropriate child development and optimal future potential.	en
