dc.description.abstract	ท่าท้ายทอยอยู่ด้านหลังเป็นท่าผิดปกติของทารกในครรภ์ที่พบมากที่สุด ภาวะนี้เป็นปัญหาสุขภาพที่สำคัญเพราะมีความสัมพันธ์กับการคลอดผิดปกติ ที่อาจเกิดผลเสียต่อ มารดาและทารกตามมาพยาบาลและผดุงครรภ์เป็นผู้ที่ใกล้ชิดมารดาระหว่างการเจ็บครรภ์และการคลอด จึงต้องมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการประเมินภาวะสุขภาพของมารดาที่ทารกในครรภ์ท่าท้ายทอยอยู่ด้านหลัง และวางแผนให้การดูแลมารดาและทารกในครรภ์อย่างเหมาะสมบทความวิชาการเรื่องนี้อธิบายให้ทราบถึงความหมายสาเหตุ ปัจจัยเสี่ยง ผลกระทบ การวินิจฉัย การดูแลรักษาและการพยาบาล รวมทั้งมีกรณีศึกษาและแผนการพยาบาลมารดาที่ทารกในครรภ์ท่าท้ายทอยอยู่ด้านหลัง	th_TH
