dc.description.abstract	การทำงานประจำให้เป็นงานวิจัย (Routine to Research: R to R) ทางการศึกษาประกอบด้วยงานวิจัยสถาบัน (Institute Research) เป็นงานวิจัยที่มีขอบเขตการอ้างอิงภายในสถาบันเป็นการศึกษาค้นคว้าให้ได้ข้อมูล (Data) สารสนเทศ (Information) และองค์ความรู้ (Body of Knowledge) สำหรับผู้บริหารสถาบันนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการตัดสินใจในการบริหารสถาบัน ผลงานวิจัยสถาบันมีความน่าเชื่อถือ นำไปสู่การปรับปรุง พัฒนาสถาบันให้มีความก้าวหน้า ทันเหตุการณ์ เป็นงานวิจัยที่ไม่เน้นในการอ้างอิงไปสู่สังคมระดับกว้างและงานวิจัยปฏิบัติในชั้นเรียน (Classroom action research: CAR) เป็นการดำเนินการกับประชากรโดยตรงคือตัวนักเรียนที่ครูพบปัญหาเป็นงานวิจัยขนาดเล็กนับเป้นงานวิจัยปฏิบัติการ (Action Research) ใช้วิธีการประยุกต์แนวทางการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and Development: R & R) เป็นการแก้ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจริง คือนักเรียนของครูยังขาดทักษะบางอย่างที่ครูตั้งวัตถุประสงค์ไว้แล้วยังไม่บรรลุ หรือมีปัญหาพฤติกรรมในการเรียนรู้ เป็นงานวิจัยที่มีลักษณะเฉพาะไม่ได้เพียงหมายถึงการเก็บข้อมูลจากนักเรียนในห้องเรียนแล้วจะเป้นงานวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนเสมอไป	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The routine to research (R & R) consists of Institute Research and Action Research. The Institute Research is the research for extending the internal reference of a study to obtain data, information, and body of knowledge for the direction to use in decision making, institute management. The timeliness of the research institutional focused on reference to institution. The Classroom Action research (CAR) were directly performed on the population. A student is a main focus of small research, which is called Action research is a direct student teachers encounter, a small research is action research using the method of application of the research and development, to solve the actual problem. The student lack certain skills that teachers do not achieve the objectives (learning or behavior problems). As the research is not only to collect data from students in the classroom.	en
