dc.description.abstract	วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบระดับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงพฤติกรรมการบริหาร และประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานของครู ประเภทของสถานศึกษา ขนาดของสถานศึกษา และระดับการศึกษาของครู ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง พฤติกรรมการบริหาร และประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือครูผู้สอน จำนวน 325 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย คะแนนเฉลี่ย ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว การทดสอบค่าที และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง พฤติกรรมการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม และประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน และขนาดของสถานศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และจำแนกตามระดับการศึกษาของครูที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในสถานศึกษาแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง จำแนกตามประเภทของสถานศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 พฤติกรรมการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม จำแนกตามประเภทของสถานศึกษาแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน ประเภทของสถานศึกษา และระดับการศึกษาของครูแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ เมื่อจำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของและพฤติกรรม การบริหารการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ชลบุรี เขต 3 มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to investigate and compare the level of transformation leadership, participation in administrative behavior of administrators and the level of the effectiveness of school under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, as classified by working experience of teachers, school type, school size, and education of teachers, and to determine the relationship between transformation leadership, participative administration behavior of administrator and the effectiveness of schools. The sample used in this study consisted 325 teachers. The instrument implemented in collecting the data was a rating scale questionnaire. The statistics utilized in analyzing the data were mean, Standard Deviation, One - way Analysis of Variance, t-test and simple correlation. The summary of the findings were as follows: The transformation leadership, the participation in administrative behavior of administrators and the effectiveness of schools were rated at a high level. When classified by working experience of teachers and school size were found of being significantly difference (p < .05), when classified by education of teachers it was found of being none significantly difference, the transformation leadership classified by school type, it was found of being significantly difference (p < .05), the participation in administrative behavior classified by school type were found of being none significantly difference. The effectiveness of schools classified by working experience of teachers, school type, and education of teachers, were found of being none significantly difference. When classified by school size, it was found of being significantly difference (p < .05) There was positive significant relationship between the transformation leadership, the participative administrative behavior of administrators and the effectiveness of schools under the Chonburi primary educational service area office 3 (p < .01)	en
