dc.description.abstract	โรคพาร์กินสันเป็นโรคเรื้องรังทางระบบประสาทที่พบได้มากในผู้สูงอายุ อาการของโรคมีผลต่อการเคลื่อนไหวร่างกาย เมื่อการดำเนินโรคมากขึ้นอาการก็จะยิ่งรุนแรงขึ้น และส่งผลต่อความสามารถปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวัน เกิดภาวะพึ่งพาอย่างสมบูรณ์ นอกจากนี้ ผู้สูงอายุโรคพาร์กินสันอาจมีภาวะซึมเศร้าและสมองเสื่อมได้มากกว่าผู้ที่ไม่ได้เป็นโรคนี้อีกด้วย เหล่านี้ล้วนส่งผลให้ระบบคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุลดลง อย่างไรก็ตาม พยาบาลวิชาชีพสามารถให้การดูแลสร้างเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุโรคพาร์กินสันได้โดยการดูแลผู้สูงอายุทั้งในโรงพยบาลและในชุมชนโดยการติดตามอาการ การให้ความรู้และให้คำปรึกษา การติดตามและเฝ้าระวังการใช้ยาอย่างเหมาะสม การประสานงานกับทีมสหสาขาวิชาชีพ และการสรา้งเครือข่ายผู้สูงอายุโรคพาร์กินสัน	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	Parkinson's disease is a neurological chronic illness which a high incident rate in elderly. The symptoms affect body movement. Severity of the symptoms will rise when the disease gradually progresses, affecting the ability to perform activities of daily living and leading the elderly to be completely dependent. Moreover, the elderly with Parkinson's disease may have depression and dementia higher than those without the disease. However, the nurses can improve the quality of life of the elderly in the hospital and community settings by monitoring symptoms, communication and consultant, monitoring and altering medication appropriately, co-ordination with multidisciplinary team and Parkinson's disease clinical managed network.	en
