dc.description.abstract	การเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคม เศรษฐกิจ วัฒนธรรม และสิ่งแวดล้อม มีผลกระทบต่อชีวิตของประชาชน โรคและปํญหาทางสุขภาพมีมาก วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจญาติผู้ดูแลผู้ใหญ่ป่วยเรื้อรัง การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย ญาติผู้ดูแล จำนวน 45 คน ที่อำเภอศรีราชา ญาติผู้ดูแลที่เข้าร่วม ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้รับการสร้างพลังตามกิจกรรมที่กำหนดขึ้น ตามกระบวนการของกิบสัน โดยกิจกรรมที่จัดขึ้นเป็นรายบุคคล การเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วม ปละกระบวนการกลุ่ม เพื่อให้ทราบรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับโรค และการฝึกทักษะในการให้การดูแลผู้ใหญ่ป่วยเรื้อรัง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลให้สิติเชิงพรรณนา และ paired t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หลังการดำเนินการโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจญาติผู้ดูแลผูใหญ่ป่วยเรื้อรัง มีการรับรุ้พลังอำนาจ ความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเอง และพฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ใหญ่ป่วยเรื้อรัง เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value <0.001) ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้แสดงว่า การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจตามแนวคิดของกิบสัน ส่งผลต่าการรับรู้พลังอำนาจ ความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเอง และพฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ใหญ่ป่วยเรื้อรังของญาติผู้ดูแล ดังนั้นควรนำโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจตามแนวคิดของกิบสันขยายผลต่อไป	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	Abstract Rapid changes of socio, economics, culture and environment of Thai societies affect quality of the people. Many diseases and health problems are increasing. The main purpose of this study was to develop an Empowering Program for Family Caregiver of Chronically ill Adult. The research was action research. The samples comprised 45 family caregivers at Sriracha District. The sample participated in the empowerment program based on Gibson’s concept of empowerment. The program stressed leaning through participation in individual and activities i.e., to learn about the disease and train to develop skills in caring for chronically ill Adult. Data analysis was done by using descriptive statistics, and paired t –test. Findings from research study showed that after expose to empowerment program, the family caregivers of chronically ill Adult had Significantly increased perceived empowerment, self – esteem, and caring behavior (p-value<0.001).
